Providing and fixing/erecting of metal beam crash barrier (W profile safety guard rail) made out of following members. Job including fixing new posts in cement concrete M-20 rade 450x450x900mm complete in all respects and as directed by the engineer). 1) Beam cold rolled W profile 3mm thick having yield strength of 2400kg/sq.cm having a width of 313 mm and depth of corrugation 63 mm hot dip galvanised of zinc coating 2550 gm/sq.cm. 11). Post consisting of cold rolled channel 2000x2000 mm C/C 150 x 75 x 5mm having yield strength of 2400 kg/sq.cm. The total length of post shall be 1900 mm and minimum height of post above concrete foundation shall be 800 mm, incl. all carriages of all materials complete job.
