Design, Manufacturing, Supply & Installation of Fire rated and Blasts resistance glass in various departments of RSP

• The bidder should fulfill the following technical eligibility criteria:

1. The bidder should be an OEM / authorized channel partner of an OEM for supply and fixing of Fire resistant glasses with in-house design, engineering and execution.

2. The Bidder must have experience of having successfully completed or substantially completed Similar Work* in any Central / State Govt. Organisations / PSUs / Joint Venture company where at least one of the partners shall be Central or State Government organization or PSU/ Public Limited Company of the value as specified below during last Seven (07) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is issued:

(A) Supply and installation of Fire rated and Blast/ Impact Resistance glass of minimum quantity of 30 Sqm against the work order.

AND

(B) The bidder should have executed at least One similar * completed work/ substantially completed work costing not less than Rs. 166.16 Lakh (incl GST).

NOTE: *Similar work means any work involving Civil/ structural/ mechanical work in nature.

The following self attested documents/credentials to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility:

a) Copy of purchase order/ contract copy/ work order issued by the concerned executing authority in the name of bidder.

b) Copy of Commissioning Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate/ Job Completion certificate/ Performance Certificate issued by the concerned executing authority for work/ works listed at Sl. No. “2”.

c) Authorization letter from OEM is to be submitted in case the bidder is their channel partner.

d) Contact person’s name, e-mail id and mobile/ telephone no. of the client.

e) Substantially Completed ongoing Work Orders having duration of contract of more than one year may also be considered for technical evaluation under ‘similar work’ as per Eligibility criteria, if the party has completed at least one year of the period of work order and at least 50% of the work as per the work order. In such case already executed value shall be considered for evaluation.

f) In case work completion certificate is issued without value of completed work, RA bills paid or any other document(s) evidencing value of completed work may also be considered.

g) The Work Order and Completion Certificate/ paid bills so submitted should be in the name of participating bidder.

• 1. The average annual financial turnover* of the bidder should not be less than Rs.106.00 lakhs during last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March 2025.

2. Net worth of the bidder should be positive as per the Audited annual accounts in the latest financial year ending 31st March’2025 considered for turnover.

* The Turnover shall have the meaning as described in section (2) (91) of the Companies Act, 2013 or its subsequent revision.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the financial eligibility:-

-Copies of Audited annual financial reports / Balance sheet and Profit & Loss account for the last three financial years ending 31.03. 2025.

-The turnover certificate and the audited profit and loss account certified by the CA, submitted by bidder in support of the turnover against the eligibility criteria shall contain the Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN).
