The work of Grass cutting (4 Times in a Year) + Chemical Spraying (1 Time) has to be done at 132 K.V. Sub- Station, Gauriganj- Amethi as detailed under:

A.) Clearance of dense Jungle and cutting of Grasses, Kush & Kanse including uprooting of rank of vegetation grass, bushes and scarping the grass. Bush wood & plants etc above 2 Inch over the ground level. Weeding out the wild growth roots, seeds etc and collecting foreign materials, kankar, ballast pebbles, waste papers etc and Uprooting of small wild Trees in Switchyard area between pale fencing area between chain link fencing & security wall area around the Control Room, Committee Room, Sub-station Colony, Store sheds and Open yard Store area at the Sub-station then disposal of all the removed vegetation, rubbish & Garbage etc by throwing it outside the Periphery of the Sub-station Premises with all cost of men, Misc. consumables and T&Ps. etc required for the job.

The work of Lawn maintenance (on monthly basis) has to be done at 132 K.V. Sub- Station, Gauriganj- Amethi as detailed under:

A.) Maintenance of lawn’s grass including cutting of grass with lawn movers or foot drivers thrillers removal of foreign jungle grass, earth on lawn, leveling with lawn roller. Maintenance of already planted trees/ plants including inter cultured operation i.e. weeding making mounds up to 1 M dia., and protection from cattle with all tools & equipments as required. Up keep of the different flower/ oriental/ seasonal plants planted in cement/ earthen gamlas. Chemical fertilizer, pesticides etc are to be provided time to time for proper growth of the plants. The work also includes trimming exposure of roots and removal of dead/ expired plants. Manuring, watering, spreading fertilizers, pesticides and other Misc. works, by deploying the Mali, Chaukidar, work assistant as per instructions of Engineer In charge. Maintenance of hedges of different size, the work includes their trimming for maintenance proper height and replacement of dead plants, the work also includes the cleaning, watering of hedge bed. The fertilizers, pesticides, weedicides etc. and all required T&P shall be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost excluding the cost of manures and good earth.

The work of Cleaning of Cable Trenches (4 Times in a Year) has to be done at 132 K.V. Sub- Station, Gauriganj- Amethi as detailed under:

A.) Removal of cable trench cover and cleaning the foreign materials, kankar, ballast pebbles, waste papers, cable/ wire pieces etc, and uprooting the rank vegetation, grass, wild plants, creepers grown inside the cable trench (as per instruction of engineer in-charge) collecting and throwing the waste material outside the sub-station premises and closing the trench covers after completion of work.
