Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for foundations or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed..

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), type B0 ( using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, hold fast, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, benching, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs,, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab of drain, etc and set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork, moulds, etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) (nominal mix ) type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams ; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc ; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) (nominal mix ) type B1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size brick), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over brickwork for forming cavity 4 to 8 cm; with and including not less than 5 numbers of bitumen coated galvanised iron wall ties (20 mm x 5mm, 20cm long of approved pattern) for 1 Sqm, forming weep holes and fixing only of gratings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for continuous brick edging with burnt clay bricks of sub class B with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically

Use and waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes single sockets, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggragate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300 mm bore pipes complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for reinforced concrete pipes NP-2 laid and jointed complete with collars bore of pipe 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick, PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Joint free Non Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tile colour including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic Coloured Tile 450x350x7 mm thick in vertical surface, skirting, dados, etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tile laid over and including a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
