Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.15.2.1 Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying of position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-iii) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

20 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors 40mm wide and 4mm thick)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shades on wood work. Two or more coat on new work.
