STRUCTURAL AUDIT OF VARIOUS OTM AND MARRIED ACCOMODATION BUILDINGS

Following tests are carring out of structral audit as per quotation A)Detailed Visual Inspection;of RCC Building for surface damages, deflections, cracks, flaking, coloration, leakages/seepages, local weaknesses, etc and their damage classification. Chisel and hammer etc may be used for measuring the distresses. The visual inspection shall largely cover areas of high distress, abnormal variations, corrosions in structure. Inspection shall be covering all visible structural parts (Column, beam, slab), External faces, common areas e.g. Terrace, staircase , watertanks etc. Inspection would be documented in the form of worksheets, photographic records, and distress over drawings etc to assess current state of condition, levels of deterioration, stability/ durability etc. Survey includes RVS as per IS 13935 2009 and ASCE and other relevent codes. B)Non Destructive Testing of RCC Members: 1. Rebound Hammer Test For determination of estimated compressive strength of concrete and uniformity of concrete in the terms of surface hardness test as per IS-13311 (Part 2)-1992, ASTMC 805-02, BS 6089:1981 and BS 1881: Part 202, BSEN 13791.

C. Consultancy for Preparation of Structural Audit Report, Issuing Stability Certificate; which includes: A) The findings from detailed Visual Inspection in the form of Observations, Photographic Records and Critical Areas B ) Non destructive test results & there interpretation to assess current state of condition & levels of deterioration C) Suggested economical viable remedial measures to restore structural stability and increase durability/ residual life of building etc. D.Issuing Stability Certificate in Form 1A (Rule 3A) of Factory Act 1948 and Maharashtra Factory Rules 1963. Certificate issued of Competent Person Based on the Visual Inspection and Non Destructive Testings. in following buildings all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.
