S & F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia. & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia, as in stirrups. cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for square, rectangular or polygonal rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for flat fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width, of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on PCC block masonary surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of WPC.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, making surfaces smooth by aplying 1 mm thic wall care putty wherever required and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; plinth courses, string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply and lay double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe of outer dia 50 mm and inner dia 38/40 mm polyethylene (PE) with smooth internal and profiled external surface for non pressure for underground cables including bends complete all as specified and directed. Make - Rex Polyescrusion Ltd or equivalent

Supply and lay double wall corrugated (DWC) HDPE coupler of dia 50 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make - Rex Polyescrusion Ltd or equivalent

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of LT XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cables with multistranded aluminium conductor of 4 core, 16 Sqmm, shielded core type wrapped with tape screwed galvanized strip, suitable for earthed system for 1100V, AC 50 cycle including centre glands, lugs, jointing materials etc and taking out old unsv cables complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, PCC, covers and protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply and laying 40mm dia bore light grade GI tubing in trenches/on pole/road crossing for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 25 mm dia non-metallic, PVC rigid conduit excluding of junction/ terminal boxes but including suitable accessories tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F junction boxes (1 to 4 way) PVC complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1100 volts grade heavy duty PVC insulated aluminium conductor cable, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, overall PVC sheathed, used in service connections, suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI bracket arm, made out of 32 mm dia bore light grade GI pipe, of length as per site requirement, for mounting street light fitting, bent to required shape, fixed on to perimeter wall pillar complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED post top lantern garden light 25W with warm white or day light LED lamp, thread type or pin type with mounting housing of 40 mm dia to be fixed to GI pipe of 32 mm dia on existing pillar of perimeter wall complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs sheet metal enclosure for MCB's (D.B), double door, SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar, 240 Volts, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs sheet metal enclosure earth plug and socket, single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug and socket including one single pole MCB 20 Amps 240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.
