Dismantling of laid,bedded and pointed in any mortar Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.

M&L Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) of 100mm thick in flooring etc.

M&L Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match of Dark Shade/Double charged/ ultracharged.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

P/F Non - skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

P&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350mmx 250mmx7mm mm/ 450mmX 350mmX 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match.

Taking down and removal to Store window Shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and n exc 2 sq. m each.

S&F Anodised aluminium powder coated frame of section weight 0.55kg/m for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium powder coated window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified.

S&F pre stiched 110 GSM PVC coated window mosquito net, self adhesive velcro. as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

S&F Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in, square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane with 3mm thick.

M&L Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface, broken stone or boulders.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 (40mm agg) in foundations, filling and mass concrete in plinth protection, other side.

M&L Preparing Old wall surfaces plastered or unplastered with two coat of distemper oil emulsion paint.
