Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing taken down materials to a place where ordered for crediting including making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc to match with the existing surface complete all as directed..

M&L for point wiring for one light/ ceilig fan point / bell point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit (medium duty, ISI marked, not less than 20mm dia) with all fittings such as tee, bends, etc all as per IS, terminated in & including new sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Cost of cutting/leaving forming chases for conduits, sinking for boxes and making good in CM 1:4 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.

M&L for taking down and dismantling of ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep 230 Volt 50 C/S AC of any make or model by opening the cover, separating down rod, rotor and stator assembly, locating the fault and making the fan fully in serviceable condition with & including replacing the bearing with similar type of exisitng one, worn out screws of the cover, split pin, twin core flexible copper wire of size 23/0.0076, locking nuts & machine screws with spring washer for ceiling fan blades, oiling and greasing etc, finally painting the ceiling fan with one coat of spray painting with white DUCO Paint & lettering & Numbering the same as per existing ,reassembling & testing the fan complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Capacitor shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items as “Supply only”. Rewinding shall also be measured & paid for separately (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of painting .

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan of size 1200mm/1400mm sweep, 230 volt, 50 C/S, AC by removing of burnt winding from stator and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge, same weight & turns including varnishing of winding & reassembling complete all as directed.

M&L for taking down and dismantling of Exhaust fan 300mm/450mm sweep 230 Volt 50 C/S AC of any make or model by opening the cover, separating rotor and stator assembly, locating the fault and making the exhaust fan fully in serviceable condition with & including replacing the bearing with similar type of exisitng one , worn out screws of the cover, twin core flexible copper wire of size 23/0.0076, rubber pad for legs, oiling and greasing etc, finally paint the exhaust fan with one coat of spray painting with white DUCO Paint & lettering & Numbering the same as per existing, reassembling & testing the fan complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Spare Parts/accessories found unserviceable except bearing which are required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items as “Supply only”. Rewinding shall also be measured & paid for separately(ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of painting.

M&L for Earthing with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted to earth plate at one end and other end of earth wire connected to Pole / transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point /Bldg DB , GI earth wire encased in and including 15mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed including taking out old earthing.. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner
