Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises complete all as specified and as directed

M&L First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.16 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles and leveling the floor with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 of required thickness if required to maintain slope etc. , complete all as specified.

M&L First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles, 10 to 12 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tile exe 0.18 Sqm but n.exe 0.38 Sqm, laid in floors set and jointed with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, and leveling the floor with PCC 1:2:4 type B0 of required thickness if required to maintain slope etc. complete all as specified.

All as per item No10 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting fixed on and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L first quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles, fixed in pattern of different colour including border of size 300x 450 x 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with colour of tiles laid on and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3), including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Pattern of the tiles will be decided by GE at the time of execution.

Dismantling/removing old damaged worn out APP of any thickness incl screed bed or plastering of any thickness and removing the rubish materials outside MOD land at a dumping place earmarked marked by any state govt/municipalities etc any distance complete.

Material and labour 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer’s instructions @ 150 ml by per bag of cement on concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting groove in brick wall 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep for inserting APP polymer membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land, complete all as specified.

Material and labour, water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per sqm over a coat of primer @ 0.30 litre/ sq.m including preparation of roof surfaces (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymeric membrane of weight not less than 3.60 kg/sqm, reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 160gm/sqm), duly sealed at over laps & joints with flame (by torch application) all as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old particle/prelaminated board of any description and thickness as in cupboard/shelves/shuuters etc Supply & fixing block board 18/19 mm thick, grade 2 quality, interior grade, commercial type fixed with screws to timber frame as in cupboards, shutters, shelves, pelmet etc. including fixing 18 mm wide 6 mm thick beading of Ist class HW (Teak) all around, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Make Asian paint (Apex ultima)/ Berger(Weather coat long life)/Shalimar(Xtra maxima)/Nerolac(Impression excell) including necessary scafolding upto 4th floor.

All as per srl item No 31 above but without complete removal and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic of make given in item No 1 above on old decorated surface including opening of existing cracks , filling up of "V" cracks with epoxy expandable putty to required depth , making good weak plastereded/unplastered surfaces with cement plaster in CM 1:4, including necessary form work upto 4th floor. complete all as pecified and as directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment by scraping down completely on brick wall/concrete/plastered surfaces thoroughly, washing, rubbing down with water cleaning the surface upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Chargeand a primer coat of " cemprover of M/S Snocem on entire surfaces and filling the craks/depression/holes etc by putty as directed and making good weak plastereded/unplastered surfaces with cement plaster in CM 1:4 than applying two coat of cement base paint coating of approved colour and shade by accepting officers on walls upto 4th floor complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make snowcemplus/Super acrocem including necessary form work upto 4th floor.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment by scraping down washing rubbing down with water and cleaning the surface up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and including opening of existing cracks , filling up of "V" cracks with epoxy expandable putty to required depth, making good weak plastereded/unplastered surfaces with cement plaster in CM 1:4 applying two coat of oil emulsion over 2 to 3 mm thick birla putty punning complete all as specified or as directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Preparation of old surfaces of ceiling including brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. and applying one coat of white wash up to 4 mtr height , complete all as specified and directed.

MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded coloured PVC ’C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and single side prelaminated PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Panelling of single side prelaminated PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed into the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F mild steel, 300mm, ordinary rat rail rod pattern spring including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Cutting hole in brick wall built in cement mortar exceeding half brick but not exceeding one brick and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4, type B – 1 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F mild steel work for hold fasts,wall ties, ,bands, straps clamps, handles for manhole covers etc confirming to Fe- Fe 290grade- E165 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

S & F mild steel as in framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive for steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing incl MS hinges ,handles ms sheets 0.63 mm thick complete Fe 410-0 all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Material and labour, shortcrete to existing RCC Chajja, facia, parapet, beams, landings and similar RCC members after removing all loose concrete & preparations of surface, application of derusting chemical such as Dr Fixit Rust Remover or equivalent, welding additional bars/welded steel wire fabric if found necessary, priming reinforcement bars with a coat of zinc primer of coating not less than 40 micron, provision of bonding agent with bonding material like Dr Fixit bonding agent and repair to external RCC structure with slurry light and steel/ply form work and shortcrete concrete of mixed 1:3:1 (one part of cement, three part of coarse sand and one part of 10mm and down aggregate) of minimum 50mm thick incl plastering 5 mm thick in CM mortar 1:3 all as specified in IS 9012-1978 (all priming and bonding epoxy based paint shall be of Dr Fixit epoxy zinc primer or equivalent) etc complete all as specified and directed, as below:- Note(s) : 1.
