Material and labour for construction of PCC block walling valve pit of internal size of 1000mmx 1000mm x1000mm(internal dimension) with precast cement concrete block of PCC 1:3:6(PCC 1:3:6) type-C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on internal and exposed external surfaces with and incl 40x40x6 mm mild steel angle iron frame and 3mm thick MS sheet cover thickness Not less then 3mm with locking arrangement and 1 No 50 mm size 4 level lock with key in duplicate incl painting to steel and iron surfaces with two coats of black bitumiNous paint over a coat of red oxide prime complete all as specified and shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down any type and size of Earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge,

Material and labour for detailed study and recommendation for carrying out Soil Resistivity Test in 4 (Four) Directions at various location within the 25 mtr radius complete all as specified in following general condition including misc works required for the soil resistivity test as per IS (Indian electricity rules) requirement. Note - General condition (i) Field Audit Team to be deployed at site duly observing the safety rules as prescribed as per testing regulations. (ii) Safety procedures and any other action / precaution such as health check up to be undertaken by the firm before commencing the work in the area. (iii) The detailed study/analysis and design reports of existing building earthing infrastracture shall be furnish in Auto Cadd formet and also recommend the quantity of earth electrode with connected accessories for required value of earth resistence as per AFO 24/19 and OEM specified values . (e) Labour charge for disconnecting/Connecting of earth strip from / to the earth electrode and required any hardware such as bolts, nuts etc for breaking of concrete or any other civil required to drive the spike / probes during testing shall be includes quoted rates of items. (f) Study of existing building earthing infrastructure at AFS Jalahalli and remedial action to overcome deficiencies in accordance with following standard:- (i) BS -7430 clause 8.5 (ii) Indian standard code of practice for earthing IS : 3043-1987 (reaffirmed 2006) (iii) IS/IEC 62305-3 of 2010 IS: protection against lightning. (iv) IEEE 1100-2205 - IEEE recommended practices for powering and ground electronics equipment. Ohms (v) National building code of India 2016- Volume 2 part- 8 :- Building services section 2 electrical and allied installations. The quoted rates of items included all above including submission report in soft and hard copy in approved manner of Engr in charge

Material and labour for maint free earthing comprising of 17.2 mm dia 3 mtr long earth electrode of low carbon steel electrode with 250 micron copper bonding,50 pounds of Ecosafe based environment friendly backfill and suitable clamp,back fill earthing enhancing compound should strictly be a Eco safe carbon based conductive concrete type which has resistivity of less than 1 Ohm Metre as per clause 14.5D of IEEE:80 standard,Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (Like in metals) and should Not depend on moisture for conduction.Back-fill compound should be environment friendly,should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should Not leach / diffuse into the ground.Back-fill compound should Not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.Test certificate as per IEC:62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material including 17.2 mm OD SS clamp both side complete all as specified and directed. Note:(i) No of earth electrodes for ring earthing to be received after SRT. (ii) The ring earth resistance shall be below 1 ohm.
