Supply and fix Energy efficient ceiling fan of 1200 mm (48") sweep BEE, 5 star rated, high speed, low power consumption, superior aluminium blades and provn of 3 core flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/0.19 from ceiling rose to ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed. Cat Part No- KASSELS STAR of make- Bajaj of equivalent in Crompton.

S & F exhaust fan, with louvers, single phase, heavy duty, PVC, 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM including fixing of mounting frame in the round hole cutting in the wall, by means of rugged bolts, nuts and washers etc, including three core copper conductor flexible cord of 0.5 Sqmm cross sectional area of required length from ceiling rose to the porcelain connector block of the exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix single phase Kwh meter with LCD display 5 to 30 amps with optical port and meter box complete all as specified and directed. Cat part No WM101BC5DDHBOX of L&T or equivalent model in HPL/Secure meter as approved of GE

S & F lamp holder, PVC/Polycarbonate type with back plate suitable for batten fitting including supply and fixing LED Bulb 10 Watt 230 Volt complete all as specified and directed.

S & F surface mounted LED Porch light 9 watt, white in engineering plastic housing with clear prismatic diffuser complete all as specified and directed. Make : C&S Cat Part No CG80B9WLED or equivalent in Philips, Bajaj or Havells as approved by GE

S & F LED tube light fitting wall mounted 2x18 watt 230 Volt, 6500K with opal white polycabonate defuser provided with high efficient integral constant current LED driver 230 v etc. complete with mounting batten including all accessories internally prewired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size from ceiling rose to connector all as specified and directed. Cutting existing CI/DI water main 100 mm dia in position for inserting tee/specials for branch connection of 100 mm x 100m x 80mm size incl joints, excavation, earth work in any strata complete all as directed .

M & L for Construction of valve pit chamber 80cmx80cm and 90 to 100 cm deep (internal size) with 10 cm thick foundation using PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 , 20 cm thick precast concrete solid block masonry designation C-5 built in cement and sand mortar (1:6), 15 mm thick internal plaster including top in CM (1:6) and external plaster 10mm th in CM (1:4), finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, 2mm thick MS sheet cover with 25mmx25mmx3mm MS angle frame fixed in PCC (1.2:4) type B-1 coping with 25mmx6mm flat iron hold fasts, hinges, handles, locking arrangements and applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surface including excavation and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of surplus soil to a distance of n. exc. 50 m complete all as specified and shown on drawing No CEPZ/93/TD/20 .

M & L for Road cutting in hard rock to a width of 45 cm and depth 50 cm for laying GI Pipe light Grade for UG cable, making good with 20 mm graded stone aggregate incl PCC (1:3:6) type C1 filling and removal of debris all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.3 mm thick, buried vertically in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level and top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level), connected to and including GI strip 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts & checknuts and washers etc; GI pipe 40 mm dia medium grade pipe for protection of G.I earth strip, both to be provided to the extent of 7.5 metres, all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR-2009 Part-I, other end connected to electrical main switch board (inside the bldg) GI protection pipe buried in ground, laid under floors/plinths or fixed on walls or concealed in walls etc; with provision of mixture of charcoal dust & common salt packed upto minimum 150 mm all around the earth plate , including PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 earth pit with M.S angle iron frame, cast iron cover with locking arrangement, with G.I 20 mm dia medium grade pipe and M.S funnel with wire mesh for watering arrangement, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata & testing on completion.

Supply and fix street light mounting bracket, made out of medium grade GI Tubing 50 mm bore, bend into shape inner angle not less than 120° and over all length not less than 1.2 Mtr including suitable size clamps, nut, bolts complete fixing arrangement etc and duly painted with two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning, factory made outdoor type feeder piller of suitable size with necessary bus bar arrangement with insulated alminium bus bar installed on porcelain insulators and copper control wiring of required size.
