Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding(but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured printed tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exc 0.11 sqm but n. exc 0.18 sqm, in floors or dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450mmx 300mm x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match such as skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quains, arches, pillers etc and removing debries out site MOD land complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1 : 6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

All as per Item No 07 above but 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 3 in ceiling, all as specified.

M/L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of OBD over chalk whitening complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplaster surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on ceiling, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
