Maintenance of lawn ground cover, climbers, shrubs, etc., by watering daily, satisfactorily, weeding, cutting of thatch areas in the lawn, earthing up near the root one of plants rejuvenation as per requirement in the existing landscaped areas, running lawn movers, application of chemicals / fertilizers to lawn / plants preparation of the area for planting of seasonal, Collecting the cut grass, fallen leaves ,clearing of garden waste and disposing of to the dumping yard with a lead of 3 KM, spreading / filling of red earth, farm manure in area as per the directions and specifications of the EIC ( Tools & sufficient garden watering hose pipe, etc., have to be procured by the contractor himself.) Note:- a). The contractor shall engage minimum 3 Nos. Male gardeners, 8 Nos. Female gardeners and 1 horticulture Supervisor (Diploma holder) or well experienced, capable Garden supervisor daily for maintenance of the landscaped areas excluding Sundays & national holidays. . b) Garden waste to be collected and removed including transporting and dumping the waste to the directed dumping yard/ places. Otherwise Rs. 1.00 per sqm/month will be levied as penalty from R.A. Bill

Supplying and stacking good quality red earth free from stone, inert matter, breaking the clods, spreading / filling the red earth, mixing with manure, etc., complete all as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Supplying and stacking good quality dry farm yard / manure free from inert matter like stones, grasses, sand, etc., including mixing with red earth, spreading wherever required places, filling the areas, pits, etc., complete all as per the specifications and as directed by the EIC

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately)

Development of lawn including 150 mm digging and levelling the surface of earth area, cleaning existing weeds and plants including roots , Collection , supply and planting ( dibbling method 1: 4) Korean grass of good quality including cost of korean grass, conveyance and planting and watering for 2 months etc all as directed by the Engineer in Charge .

Earthwork in excavation necessary for Lawns and Compost piut etc. including dressing, trimming and compaction the cut formation in accordance with requirements of lines, levels, cross fall etc. all complete as per specifications and disposal of all cut surplus / unsuitable materials and stacking of suitable materials with all lifts and lead upto 50metres as per specification for road worksand as directed by the Engineer.

Preparation of compositing by using dried leaves, cut grasses and other garden waste material, spreading farm yard manure / sludge , watering, including segregation, processing of garden waste with a motto to make "zero garden waste " etc. all complete as directedby the EIC.( Only composed quantity will be measured )

Supply and spreading of fertilizer (urea / DAP), neem cake including cost of fertilizer and neem cake etc., all as per specification at the rate of 0.01kg/sqm for fertilizer and 0.005kg/sqm of neem cake, all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the heavy / light jungle using JCB by dozing the ground level, uprooting small trees, collecting, removing and stacking jungle waste seperately and disposing off with a lead of 4 kilometers etc complete as directed by EIC. Payment will bemade on the running hours of the JCB at site. ( Only Actual working Hours alone will be paid)

Area cleaning/ Clearing the light jungle whenever and wherever required consisting of thorny bushes, velikathan saplings, wild growths and all other growth, collecting and diposing the cut away materials to the far off place with a lead of 4.0 km and burning them with prior approval of the departmental Engineer and all safety measures as directed by the Engineer

Trimming of Banyan tree - branches, roots etc and disposing the green waste as shown to dumping yard up to 4.0 KM lead by using tractor / lorry including cost of loading and unloading as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge etc complete.

Providing and laying of 50mm OD diameter PVC water supply pipe line with finolex/ Varun/ truebore or approved equivalent make PVC pipes suitable for 6 Kg/sq.cm pressure and specials confirming and marked to IS:4985 including jointing with PVC jointing compound ,laying and fixing the pipes in excavated trenches,cost of all types of specials such as tees,reduces,coupler,reducing bushes, threaded adaptor elbow,tail pieces,caps etc and testing the line as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of 25mm OD diameter PVC water supply pipe line with finolex/ Varun/ truebore or approved equivalent make PVC pipes suitable for 6 Kg/sq.cm pressure and specials confirming and marked to IS:4985 including jointing with PVC jointing compound ,laying and fixing the pipes in excavated trenches,cost of all types of specials such as tees,reduces,coupler,reducing bushes, threaded adaptor elbow,tail pieces,caps etc and testing the line as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of 20mm full circle, radius 6 to 8 Metre spraying capacity standard angle brass sprinkler of approved make made as per IS: 12232 Part 1 specification to the garden water supply line as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying,jointing and fixing of 25 mm Medium class GI screwed pipes bearing with ISI mark conforming to IS:1239,TATA or approved equivalent make with specials including cutting to the reqiured length,threading and jointing with white lead jointing compound etc, complete for water supply lines,suction and delivery lines of pumps,laying of pipes in the excavated trenches,fixing of pipes masonary walls or RCC columns with wooden plugs and clamps and chasing the walls including cost of all the specials (such as coupling,nipple,tee,bend,elbow,reducer,union etc) and testing the lines,painting the pipe lines with two coat of synthetic enamel paints of approved colour and make over a coat of primer etc.complete all as per specification and as directed by Enginer-in charge .

Cleaning the area inside the building daily by sweeping the floors and corridors of Office & plant areas with toilet and bathrooms daily.Mopping the floors and corridors of Office area once in a week and daily for toilet area. Cobweb cleaning from walls and windows corridors, cleaning once in fortnight. Note: Moping and cleaning materials like liquid soap, phenyl, brooms, cleaning acid etc are included in contractors scope.Note:- The contractor shall engage minimum 01 Nos. male unskilled labours and 05 Nos Female unskilled labours daily for house keeping maintenance works excluding Sundays & national holidays. Failure to employ with the minimum attendance of labour daily will attract penal clause recovery as per special conditions of contract attached with the tender for every default of labour.( cleaning materials as mentioned below to be supplied and the amount for these materials are included in the work no extra will be paid for the same)These materials to be supplied in 3 Instalments First, Fourth & Eigth month from date of work order. Sweeping and cleaning the road surfaces, water tables when and where ever required including collecting and stacking swept material for disposal.Note:Sweeping and cleaning materials like brooms etc are included in contractors scope.

Clearing the Covered storm water drain by collecting and removing the deposited soil, debris, unwanted vegetation, dry leaves and any other accumulated materials and disposing them including removing and replacing of RCC cover slab after cleaning with out any damage all as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Clearing the open/ UnCovered storm water drain by collecting and removing the deposited soil, debris, unwanted vegetation, dry leaves and any other accumulated materials and disposing them with out any damage all as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Cleaning and disinfection of RCC / PVC Over head water tanks by mechanized method with following operations in various stages including all tools, materials, fuel, labour, safety belts, helmets, safety shoes, safety goggles, gloves, closing / opening of the scour valve , removing / refixing the manhole cover in position , etc., all complete as per specifications at all lifts and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Cleaning process : 1) Dewatering wherever required for Over head tanks. 2) Sludge removal with sludge removal equipment and flush the floor of tank / sump . 3) Cleaning the walls , ceiling and floor of the tank / sump to remove all germs , bacteria and calcination by using High pressure rotary water jet cleaning equipment. 4) Vacuum cleaning with industrial vacuum cleaner to completely remove the dirt to make the tank / sump totally clean . 5) Sterlization / disinfecting the tank / sump by spraying a Biodegradable anti- bacterial spray of approved make and dilution shall be as per manufacturer instructions with rotary jet pumps. 6 )Radiation treatment of the tank using UV radiation to completely destroy the all floating bacteria to make water tank / sump thoroughly clean . Duration of UV treatment shall be between 1 min to 10 mins depending on the size of tank as approved by Engineer-in- charge. NOTE: 1) Care and all precautionary measures shall be taken to avoid asphixation while cleaning . 2) Power required for operation of pumps and equipments will be provided at free of cost from Department supply. However contractor shall make their own arrangement to tap the supply from DB / Power points near by location 3) The labourers engaged for cleaning the water storage tanks / Sintex tanks / reservoirs/ sumps shall obtain the medical certificate by DAE Hospital before attending the work. Supplying manpower for executing minor Carpentry repair & maintanance works in NDDP & AUGF campus by engaging Carpenter. 1) Person shall have Police Verification Certificate & to be engaged after approval of Competent authority. 2) Contrator shall provide necessar tools and plant to the worker of the trade.
