Taking down carefully water heater (Geyser) any capacity any make after removing electric & water connections from existing system for carrying out repairs (Repairs will be measured and paid separately) and refixing the same after carrying out necessary repairs to original place all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L painting with two coats of white synthetic enameled paint and marking MES No by black permanent marker and reconnecting the same after satisfactory completion of work all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of hot & cold water PVC pipe connection of 15 mm size with PTMT nuts 450 Cm Long all as specified

S&F in Replacement of heating element 2.0 KW for 50ltrs capacity geyser ISI marked.

S&F in Replacement of heating element 1.0 KW for 25ltrs capacity geyser ISI marked.

S&F in Replacement of thermo static switch of geyser.

S&F Replacement of PVC insulated copper (flexible) conductor 2.5 Sqmm 3 core and connected to geyser.

S&F in Replacement of apparatus plate with nut, bolts, clamps, washer, etc. of geyser suitable for Record/Ditz make or any other make and any capacity

Welding with new brass studs for holding of heating element with replacement of suitable element holding clamps-3 Nos as directed.

Replacement of indicating bulb of geyser.

S&F in repairs apparatus plate bottom cover in two halves made out of GI sheet duly painted all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Detecting the leakage from geyser and arresting the same by brazing/soldering etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Anchor fastning of suitable size for fixing geyser after dismantling old one.

S&F water heater outer cover suitable for 25 ltrs capacity of existing make including taking out old unserviceable.

S&F water heater outer cover suitable for 50 ltrs capacity of existing make including taking out old unserviceable outer.

S&F water heater inner tank suitable for 25 ltrs capacity of existing make including taking out old unserviceable.

S&F MCB DB SPN 8 Way factory made IP 43 protection class metal double door with 200 Amp rating bus bar 240/430V for fixing of MCBs/Isolators/RCCBs etc completed.

M&L in repar earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15cm on all side and including connected to and including galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of nuts and bolts, check nuts and washers of GI and connected to earhing test point and earth dolly all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR part I and testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC(1:3:6) type C1 chamber, pre-cast RCC slab 50mm thic in cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric or XPM, (weight not less than 4 Kg per Sqm) with cast iron frame, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade,wire mesh and lugs, GI protection pipe,15mm dia, light grade, 7.5 mtr long for protection of earth lead upto test point etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L submain wiring with 2 runs of copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade 4 sqmm drawn through PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm dia as per IS specification fixed concealed in wall/ceiling including conduit and conduit accessories and incl provn of PVC insulated 2 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly all as specified including dismantling old and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper all as directed at site Note : Two runs of 4 sqmm cable alongwith one run of 2 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as earth wire, conduit and conduit accessories will be measured as one length).

M & L for Servicing of Solar water heater of Capacity of 200/300 LPD by doing following works:-

Descaling and cleaning of both solar flat plate collector.

Replacement of Solar collector flange gasket.

Repalcement of Solar collector fange nut & Bolts.

Replacement of Hose pipe.

Replacement of Hose pipe clamps.

Replacement of Heater of 2 KW.

Replacement of T Start (thermostat).

Cleaning of 200 ltr hot water tank.

Cleaning of 300 ltr hot water tank.

Note : Any damage made to the glass of solar water heater will be reapaired/repalced by contractor without any extra cost
