M&L for dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 'PCC (1:2:4) type B1 20mm graded Mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in padding over roof, minimum thickness at khurra as 25mm and maintain the requeried slope as 1:100 and finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 'Roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane to roof with the following courses as under complete all as specified :- (a) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.40 lit/Sqm and allow to dry. (b) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of each coat applied over primer incl cleaning of surfaces . (c) Supply and laying 3mm thick polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with nonwoven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm over area including overlapping of 100mm(min) as per manufacturers instruction.then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. NOTE: The complete work shall be done under strict supervision of manufacturers technical representative and as directed.

S&F PCC plain factory made tiles cement concrete tiles of size 250x250x20-22mm thick machine pressed set joined and pointed in neat cement slury in floor and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:3) bedding and joints grouted flish in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with including integral water proofing compound over roof surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0(using 12.5mm grade crushed stone aggregate ) as in Benching mixed with and including acrylic based polymer water proofing compound, (as per manufacturer's instructions), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete reinforced RCC Tank and similar suspended work incl removing debries obtained from demolition to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and deposting where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling old unserviceable PVC water tanks of any description, capacity exc 250 and not exc 500 litres and ponding provision of PVC Water Storage Tank 500 ltr Capacity (ISI Marked) HDPE Double layered PVC Cylindrical type fixed and hoisted in position on roof at any height complete with inlet/outlet Pipe connection including Tank cover including locking arrangement, Ball Valves high pressure of PTMT with Epoxy coated Aluminium Rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron Pipe 20mm dia and (Min Weight 20mm-210gms) complete all as specified and directed. Note (i) inlet ,out let & wash out pipe will be measured and paid separately. The quoted rate is inclusive of tank nipple and minimum one union each on inlet and outlet of water tank as per size of pipe shall be provided.

Note (i) inlet ,out let & wash out pipe will be measured and paid separately. The quoted rate is inclusive of minimum one union each on inlet and outlet of water tank as per size of pipe shall be provided.

M&L for disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exc. 250 but n exc. 500 litres, setting aside or lowering for cleaning etc and hoisting reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (AC Rain water pipe/SWG pipe line) of any size or pattern including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with flat iron (25 x 3mm) clamps of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Clamps will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:4 finished fair and even with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles (except tiles) laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old brick tiles obtained from dismantling shall be used in this item after proper cleaning / removing mortar incl 25mm thick mud plaster and 3mm thick leeping plaster

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for surface preparation & Cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foregin particles laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and including cement platering 20mm thick in cment mortar 1:4 incl mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufecturer instruction on surfaces of floor etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement and making strips of size 30cm x 30cm .Thereafter, inspection for cracks on the surface caused by thermal expantion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in 'V' groove filled with Repair mortar/Mircroconcrete/General purpose grout as recommended propertionaly as per recommendation of manufacturer. Making of Gollas at all the corners with Polymer modified mortar (1:4) Cement :Sand with 3.5% Acylic of Cement weight , Supplying and applying High build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane cold applied of spray /brush applied membrane with and elongation of 280% and tensile strength of 2.7 N/mm2 as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3mm, hardness (shore A scale) 80, solar reflectance of 84% as per A ASTM E903-96, SRI of 106, capilary absorption of 0.01kg/m2 h0.5 as per EN 1062-3, adhesion must be of ˃ 2.0 N/mm2 as per EN 1542, artificial weathering must be passed as per EN 1062-11 temprature resistance must be in between -300C to +900C, no leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure as per DIN 1048 mm min 88% solid content. The system includes final top coat of high build waterproofing coating based on pure hydrophobic polyurethane white in color application in 2 coats with a total min consumption of 1.5 Kg per SQM in ratio 60% 40% in both coats respectively over a coat of epoxy primer 1:1:2 (Resin:hardner:water) with a min consumption of 0.2 Kg per SQM. Application should be given by company for the product on company letterhead, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Resin is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer which is two components water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR-B2 0 according to EN 13813 having properties like color of pale yellow viscocity 900mPas, density 1.15kg/lt and adhesion of ˃3N/mm2. Hardener is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer, which is a two components water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR-B2, 0 according to EN 13813 having properties like color of pale yellow, viscocity 37000mPa's, density 1.08kg/l and adhesion of >3N/mm2, complete all as directed by Engineer-in- charge
