Providing 40 X 5 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bots, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30 x10 x 15 cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Painting top of roofs with bitumen of approved quality @ 17kg per 10 sq.m impregnated with a coat of coarse sand at 60cudm per 10 sq.m including cleaning the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil complete - with residual type petroleum bitumen of grade VG-10.

Providing and laying pressed clay tiles (as per approved pattern 18mm nominal thickness of approved size) on roofs jointed with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) mixed with 2% integral water proofing compound , laid over a bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and finished neat complete.

Lime concrete terracing on roofs of required thickness laid to fall with 25mm nominal size brick aggregate and 50% lime mortar 1:2 (1 lime putty : 2 surkhi) rammed and finished with gur and belgiri treatment complete including rounding of junctions with Parapet wall complete.

Applying priming coat - with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint - Premium of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacutre to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Old work (one or more coats).

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix).

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in - channels, angles, tees and flats.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of - G.S.sheet.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and fixing M.S.holder - bat clamps of approved design to sand cast iron / cast iron (spun) pipe embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10 cm of 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size), including cost of cutting holes and making good the walls etc. - for 100mm dia pipe.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions , i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for fixed portion - anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling , C.P.brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) - for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges / pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (fittings shall be paid for separately) - Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC15)

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings ( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) - with float glass panes of5.50 mm thickness.
