Excavation in post holes, in soft / loose soil each not exceeding 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance n exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC solid block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section embedded in concrete,brick work,masonry etc. including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old fencing wire mesh/chain link fencing, any description complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick above or below ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe of any description and any location complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping , cills, plinth courses, string courses, bed plates, Kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in surfaces channels and drains including necessary forms / moulds complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, footing, plinth beam and similar bands etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC, 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for culverts, drain etc with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering and setting in cement mortar (1:4) including form work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid block of PCC (1:5:8), exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No. 19 above but except PCC block complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs, for pre-cast cement concrete jalli, 35 mm thick (measured solid) in pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B0, using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates, including all mouldings, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 22 above but except stones complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 40 mm to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling uncoursed or brought upto course complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of footing, plinth beams/ bands and similar work for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished faces of concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 27 above but 6 mm to 8 mm dia.

All as per serial item No 27 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel angle/flat iron as in fencing posts/struts for securing barbed/chain link fencing of any description including drilling holes, notching for wire etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

All per serial item No. 30 but except mild steel angle iron. Note:- Mild steel angle iron shall be issue under Sch 'B' " free for fixing"

S&F in repairs, galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs, at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing , made out of GI wire, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Dia and mesh size shall be as decided by GE and weight of chain link fencing shall be decided by BOO ordered by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing wire mesh, any type including securing bolts etc. and fixed complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Part quantity of chain link fence shall be issued under Sch'B' "Free for fixing"

S&F mild steel round bars as in line bars for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel bolt, machine made, 12 mm dia of shank with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both end, each screwed end to be fitted with, washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 15 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick, cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in path/hard standing and flooring, laid in alternate bays, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick Dholpur stone cladding gang saw cut with machine cut edges, uniform colour of each stone size not exceeding 0.25 sqm fixed on and including 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:3 and including making V groove at top and bottom of stone and drilling hole for hold fastener, polishing, rubbing & including silicon treatment all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No.38 but except Dholpur stone. Note:- Dholpur stone shall be issue under Sch 'B' "free for fixing"

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/concrete surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought to course in cement mortar 1:4, including racking out joints etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished surfaces of cement concrete drain or channel, 30 cm inner girth, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Add to or deduct from item No 42 above for each 25mm inner girth or part thereof over or under 30cm girth, for forming fair finished surfaces of cement concrete drain or channel, using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces or previously untreated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicon additives of required shade @1.43 ltr/10 sqm over priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC hume pipe, 300 mm dia, class NP-2, laid as drain pipe in culvert, jointed in cement mortar with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed, in any length, with rubber ring joint, lais in trenches or in floors or in masonry complete all as specified and as directed.
