PROCUREMENT OF 08 NOS, MINIMUM 45 HP AND ABOVE CAPACITY TRACTOR CUM TRAILOR FOR HUBLI-DHARWAD MUNICIPAL CORPORATION

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured tested and supplied minimum of 06 Nos. Tractor Cum Trailer, however it will be (40%) 03 No. with respect to valid Micro and Small Enterprises of similar type specified in the Schedule of Requirements to any Government Dept/ ULB / PSU or any other Government organizations in any one of the last 3 years financial year (2022-23 to 2024-25) 02 years for MSE and be in satisfactory operation for 12 months as on date of tender opening. (Performance Certificate must be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer meeting with the above requirement in full can also be considered provided. I.The manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC.II.The tenderers as authorized representative should have supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 03 Nos of Tractor Cum Trailer similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements/ to Government Dept / ULB / PSU or any other Government organizations in any one of the last three financial years 2022-23 to 2024-25 Performance Certificate Must be Issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer

Each tenderer should further demonstrate Line of credit/Bankers Certificate facilities of not less than Rs 29.88 lakhs With name of the work and Indent Number (as per the Section-XV)

The Bidders should have a turnover of minimum Rs. 99.60 Lakhs, in any One of last three Financial Years (2022-23 to 2024-25) (However, it will be 50% of the estimate cost of the quantity with respect to MSE in the last two preceding financial years) The Tenderer should submit turnover copy certified by Chartered Accountant. with UDIN No along with profit & loss statement, Balance Sheet & IT Return File.

The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in proforma under Section XII.

Tenderer or Manufacturer should submit Certificate of registration of the Company under the companies act, 1956 or GST ,NSIC registration or any other suitable registration certificate. issued by Concerned Statutory Authorities under relevant act

Tenderer firm/company should not be blacklisted by any government organization. The Tenderer shall furnish an Affidavit (Non judicial Stamp paper of Rs.100)/ for not having Black Listed earlier by the Firm / Company represented by its Proprietor / Partners / Directors / Chairman / Managing Director / Office Bearers in the Business Transactions of any Government /Semi-Government / Government Undertaking / Public Sector Organizations / any other Departments.

Authorized Service Centre:- Bidder should have functional service centre for last 3 year in the state of Karnataka and should upload relevant document in support of above along with bid

Tenderer offering to supply goods under the contract which the Tenderer did not manufacture of otherwise produce, the Tenderer has been duly authorized (as per authorization form in Section XIII) by the goods manufacturer or produce to supply the goods in India.

Tenderer should submit GST Registration Certificate and PAN Card.
