SH II: R&M of Internal & External Electrical Installations

Maintenance of High masts (height 20-30 metres) which includes lowering of highmast lantern carriage, checking, adjustment and replacement of all mechanical components like wire rope, trailing cable, drum, winch, power tool etc., if required (Materials will be given by the department). Checking and adjustment of electrical components like cable, luminaries etc., and replace if required and raising the lantern carriage to the top, testing and commissioning etc., as required.

Maintenance of Flag mast (height 30.5 metres) which includes lowering of 30'X20' national flag, checking, adjustment and replacement of all mechanical components like wire rope, trailing cable, drum, winch, power tool etc., if required (Materials will be given by the department). Checking and adjustment of electrical components like cable etc., and replace if required and raising the 30'X20' national flag, checking, adjustment and replacement of all mechanical components like wire rope, trailing cable, drum, winch, power to the top, testing and commissioning etc., as required.

Dismantling the highmast of height above 20.0m and upto 30.5 m from the foundation to replace the damaged pulley / wire rope / trailing cable and reinstallation of the high mast after repair in the same foundation using crane and other appropriate equipments complete as required.

Design and Construction of suitable shallow foundation with anchor plates, templates as per the OEM recommendation of high masts of height above 20.0m and upto 30.0 m i/c fixing of foundation bolts supplied for high mast with M20 grade concrete for above mentioned height high masts after testing the soil bearing capacity at site and installation of highmasts on the base using suitable heavy equipments, installation of required No. of LED light fittings / components with switch gear arrangement on the lantern carriage, installation of LED aviation obstruction lights, installation of control panel, interconnecting cables, wiring, testing and commissioning etc., complete as required.

Dismantling of unserviceable winch gear assembly from the high mast, complete overhauling of the winch gear assembly i/c replacement of parts such as shaft, bearing, oil seals and filling up with lubricating oil etc., and refixing the winch gear assembly i/c. testing and commissioning etc., as required.

Dismantling of drive motor from the high mast, cleaning, greasing and painting of the motors, reinstallation in the high mast i/c testing and commissioning etc., as required.

Dismantling of unserviceable / burntout motor of rating upto 1.5HP motor from the high mast. Complete dismantling of burntout motor stator winding and thorough cleaning of stator slots, Rewinding the stator with Class 'F' polyester coated super enameled copper wire and insulating materials i/c baking, varnishing, finishing and refixing the stator in the motor frame. Replacement of both end bearings and reinstallation in the high mast i/c testing and commissioning etc. as required. (Dismantled copper wire is to be retained by the contractor)

Supply and installation of ISMB 150 Channel for the damaged MS Barricade including welding, painting with one coat of zinc chromate and two coats of polyurethane paint of colour red and white etc. complete as required as per the instructions of Engineer-In-Charge. (Measurement shall be done on linear measurement)

Providing and fixing sign box with lasercut Bent Fabrication in 5mm thick clear acrylic with pantone yellowC Vinyl pasted over acrylic with white diffuser film on inside face. Blockout vinyl for text Pantone Black 6C. Complete box excluding bottom side is lited with internal LED lighting. Acrylic fabrication shall have transparent structural supports for obstruction free lighting. Box to be directly mounted on the sign structure.

Sign face

Providing and fixing sign face with 3 mm thick Aluminium sheet fabrication with black colour RAL 9011, Aluminium sheet fixed to sign structure with a provision of niche for telephone as specified in the drawings.

The Plotter cut transluscent vinyl to match the specified colour (colour Pantone XXXX) and of specified make duly approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Sign Box

The sign box 80 mm deep shall be made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA MS sheet fabricated and provided with same material support channel and ties welded to sign channel. All fabrication shall be done using CNC machines. Sign box shall be provided with openings with Mesh from inside for ventilation. Complete sign box including channel supports are to be powder coated to match RAL9016. Sign box flange receiving the sign face shall be provided with slots to receive the rivets to fix the sign frame.

Lighting

All internal illumination shall be using Power LED Lights from Osram or equivalent with electronic controllers, having even spread and overlaps to avoid banding and dark spots.Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the incoming cable at the site.

Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles, end connectors, nut-inserts, screws , rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc. complete as per drawing.

Emergency Exit

Providing and Fixing of computerised 3M vinyl cut text of approved matter in three language with directional sign etc., in double colour on existing 5mm thick Polycarbonate sheet of different sizes on existing signages including dismantling of exisitng polycarbonate sheet board from the existing signage board and remove the existing signage vinyl sticker over the polycarbonate sheet including cleaning of the complete polycarbonate surface without causing any damage and scratch over the surface and refixing the polycarbonate sheet on the existing sign board etc., as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete as required. Note: Incase of any breakage of Polycarbonate sheets during dismantling, shifting, handling & refixing etc, the complete sheet to be replaced by contractor at free of cost.

Providing and fixing of new Airline logo sticker at city side departure level airline listing announcer board as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of computerized poly vinyl sticker with blue background and white letters have self adhesive type complete as required and as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

Supply, assembly and laying of under floor trunking made out of 1.6mm(min) thick GI sheet complete with jointing sleeve, horizontal bends, vertical bends, level adjustment components and closer, vertical elbow, covers, access outlet. etc. complete with all other accessories under floor installation, making good the same, placing in position and cleaning from inside complete etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 150 x 150 x 50-70 mm deep GI (hot dip galvanized) cross over box made out of 1.6 mm thick sheet steel junction box under floor installation in complete as requried as per specification.

Supply and fixing of pop up type metal flush mounting box (floor mounted) on floor including Switch & sockets, connection & accessories etc. as required.
