Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 square metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/stone walls or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc on walls and ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with BWR(boiling waterproof grade) plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides & one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Century/Green ply/Kit ply/Archid Note : - (i) Teak/Walnut veneer and satin lacquered finish plus brass trim. (ii) all edges shall be sealed with hardwood lipping or PU sealer with polish.

S & F 30mm thick IInd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars, any numbers, for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.20 (a); fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Almirah/kitchen cabinet/cupboard in required size at site made out 18 mm thick one side decorative lamination sheet consisting of carcass 18/20 mm thick PVC sheet & provn of shutters made out of 18mm thick one side decorative laminated PVC sheet all required brackets 5.5 screws etc. the panels shall be fabricated using adhesive and screws where ever required. All the edges shall be covered with 2 mm thick edge bonding tape or 90 degree edge bent finish, necessary drawer, openable shelve with frame work complete as per make and specification mention as per drawing with locking arrangement approved by Engr-in-Charge. Colour as approved by GE. (Make: Rajshree/Sintex or equivalent) complete all as specified and as directed.

Solid PVC moulded door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet reinforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening, complete all as specified and as directed.
