The Bidder should be individual Proprietorship Firm or Partnership Firm or Company Registered under Companies Act/ Partnership Act.Registration certificate /SSI Certificate / License issued by the Commerce & Industries Department or any other Government statutory Authority.

The Bidder should be a Dealer/Manufacturer or Authorized Dealer for supply of VACUUM INTERRUPTERSA.In case of Manufacturer:Manufacturing License B.In case of Authorized Dealer: i.Authorization letter from the OEM assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC.

The Bidder/Manufacturer should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in supply of VACUUM INTERRUPTERSPurchase Order/ Order Completion Certificates in respect of experience of minimum 5 of every years in supply of V.I

The Bidder should have obtained orders for supply of not less than 80% of the tendered quantity (However it will be 40 % to Micro and Small Enterprises)in any one of the last 3 years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)Purchase Order copies placed by any Government Electrical Utilities/ PSUs /Any Govt. Factories shall be uploaded.

Bidder shall uploaded a declaration stating that the firm has to supply the vacuum interrupter within 30 days from the date of PO.Relevant documents uploaded.

Drawing pertaining to the Tendered item shall be uploaded.

The Average Annual Financial Turnover of the Tenderer should be not less than the amount put to tender (However it will be 50% with respect to Micro and Small Enterprises) during the last 3 preceding financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25)Certified copies of audited Financial statements such as P&L statement, Balance sheets for the FY (2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25) Shall be uploaded.
