(a) Lump sump amount worked out by the contractor for Design, development of structural drawings as per the architectural drawing Nos CWE/ARCH/39/2026 Sheet No. 1/5, CWE/ARCH/39/2026 Sheet No. 2/5, CWE/ARCH/39/2026 Sheet No. 3/5, CWE/ARCH/39/2026 Sheet No. 4/5, CWE/ARCH/39/2026 Sheet No. 5/5 and Construction of 10 X New toilets based on design and built basis wrt to architectural Plan, TD drawings, schedule of finishes & built in permanent specification with RCC framed construction including ATT, WPT mosquito proofing with ceramic tiles flooring and all other internal services as per given specifications, etc complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE:- The structural design and drawing shall be got vetted from any IITs/NITs before execution of work by the contractor.
