M & L preparing old decorated surfaces, plastered or unplastered and applying one coat of white wash on walls of buildings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 above but two coat of white (lime) wash as required basis complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 above but on ceiling.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on chajjas/lintel etc. and finished even and fair without using extra cement in patches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 in on surface of walls and finished even and fair (without using extra cement) in patches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 in on surface of ceiling and finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment on walls (any number of layers) by scrapping with steel scrappers or any other means, including filling depressions of scrapped surfaces with putty and preparation of surfaces for further treatment and applying two coats of distemper, oil emulsion white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old wall surfaces and applying one coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade complete all as per manufacturer instruction & directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coat of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade over and including priming coat of exterior primer complete all as per manufacturer instruction & directed.

M & L preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint), any colour complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 18.00 above but wooden surfaces of any description not exceeding 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel work of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, any colour complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 20.00 above but steel surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in different tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and change of existing colour including removal of scaled paint where ever required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and change of existing colour including removal of scaled paint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint for change of existing colour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L obliterating old writing of any description not exceeding 0.10 Sqm with synthetic enamel paint to match existing work and rewriting existing letter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by wire brushing, brooming, dusting & finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of existing finishes & foreign materials, making good minor surface imperfections such as holes, dents cracks etc. in CM 1:3 & applying one coat wall care putty on the surface with uniform thickness & making surface absolutely smooth & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint on walls, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces by wire brushing, brooming, dusting & finally washing with water to clean the surface absolutely free from any kind of existing finishes & foreign materials, making good minor surface imperfections such as holes, dents cracks etc. in CM 1:3 & applying one coat wall care putty on the surface with uniform thickness & making surface absolutely smooth & applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old floor/hardstanding/pavers block/chequered tile surface and applying one coat of floor paint after Wash surface with a hose to remove loose dust and scrub with wire brush to remove algae/ fungus and moss growth.

M&L for preparation of old floor/hardstanding/pavers block/chequered tile surface and applying two coat of floor paint over a self priming coat as per folllowing working specification :- (a) Wash surface with a hose to remove loose dust and scrub with wire brush to remove algae/fungus and moss growth. (b) After diluting the emulsion with 30 to 40% water, applying a self priming coat. (c) Wait for 6 to 7 hours, then add two coats of floor coat emulsion after thinning with water to obtain brushable consistency.
