Supply, install, commissioning and testing of split type wall mounted Air conditioner of capacity 2 TR (6000 K Cal/hr) single phase, (Non CFC/HCHC) suitable for 230 Volt + 10% , 50 Hz, AC supply complete with cordless remote control unit , minimum 5 star rating complete comprising of following :- Make :- Carrier/Dikin/Hitachi/Blue star. (a) Indoor unit with three speed blower fan of appropriate capacity including PCB, thermostatic control, air filter and drain for condensing water. (b) Out door unit comprising . Compressor with motor, air cooled copper condenser with fan and motor unit shall be installed out side the building/ on roof. (c) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line with insulation , condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safety accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing unit with suitable size of copper cable. S&F Sub main wiring using two runs of single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable conforming to IS : 694 of size 2 x 4 .0 Sq.mm for main wire of voltage rating 1100 V & drawn in and including concealed PVC conduit conforming to IS : 9537 ( Part-3) and ISI marked of dia not less than 25mm with standard accessories, alongwith one run of PVC (green colour) insulated, unsheathed, stranded copper conductor of size 1 x 4.0 Sq.mm as as earth wire complete all as specified and directed. Supply, Installed, Testing and Commissioning CPRI approved cubical type LT Panel floor mounted out door type for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz AC supply with Copper bus bar duly colour coded, for neutral supported with DMC/SMC insulators colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve having complete connection from bus bar to breakers with suitable copper cable , factory made fabricated with CRCA sheet totally enclosed, dust weather and vermin proof for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell having TPN copper bus bar rating 1.5 times that of controlling MCCB supported on SMC insulator with short circuit withstand capacity 35 MVA for 1 second, bottom base channel mild steel section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connection from main bus bar to switchgears with required size of copper wiring with minimum 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable , cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half inculding tamper proof digital energy meter to measure volatge current PF, KWH,KVAH,KVAR (make Secure/L&T/HL/Schneider) and general construction confirming to IS-8623/93 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation with following detailed specification & control :- complete with suitable fixing accessories.

OUTER SHELL :- The outer shell shall be made of 3. 0 mm thick CRCA body & mild steel angle section 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate a hinge provision for entry of armoured cable of adequite size of glands. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequite to accododate inner shell described below figing 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the complete inner shell along with its control gears and accessories should be taken outside without disturbing outer sheel. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing studs at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinly danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be providid. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

INNER SHELL :- Inner shell be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA body compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers and air vents gasket for natural flow of air "U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accomodate incomer/outgoing MCCB's and TPN copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times rated capacity of the respective MCCB's. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour coaded heat, shrikable sleeve and shall be mmounted on suitable size 'F' class through out the length of the TPN bus bar. Computer cut slef adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be providid on bus bar chamber. All control wires shall be with not less than 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequite size of lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75 mm x 50mm duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom, indicating lamps LED type, 230 Volt, AC at the incomer of the unit to show three phase availablity at the incomer. An inspection lamp with 11 Watt CFL shall be fitted on top side of inner shell. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 and carrly the floowing control :-

NOTE :- (i) The rates quoted shall also deemed to include the cost of Earth test point and earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode and the earth resistance of the whole system shall be as near as possible to 0 but shall not in any case exced one ohm. (ii) Any joints in earth lead from earth electrode to test point shall not be allowed / permitted. (iii) The length of the GI strip beyond 7.5m will be measured and paid seperately. (iv) Test result of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthing . (v) The rate quoted by the contractor shall also be deemed to be including :- (a) Testing submission of earth result as desired. (b) Excavation upto 5 mtrs depth and returning filling in any type of soil

Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - The contractor shall obtain prior approval of detailed specification of SVR by GE before ordering.

Supply, erecting and fixing in true vertical position, steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP – 31), 09 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole with and Including all necessary excavation & earth work in any type of soil for foundation of poles, PCC 1:3:6 type 'C-2' (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) in foundations of size 600 X 600 X 1650 mm below GL, PCC 1:2:4 type "B- 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth block(coping) of size 600 X 600 X 300 mm above GL , removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed, including necessary form work and 2 coats of black bituminous paint externally upto planting depth and remaining exterior portion of pole shall be provided with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint and numbering of the poles shall be done with synthetic enameled painted letter of shape & size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Junction box made out of FRP sheet , ready made type having copper bus bar of capacity 100 Amps 4 Nos including bakelite connector of size 388 mm x 304 mm x170 mm with necessary connector , MCB 6 Amps and entry of gland and fixing arrangement to fix the box on pole by providing mild steel clamp of size 25 mm x 5mm - 2 Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
