Amount

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, well cess pits, manholes,pier holes,etc. but not exceeding 10 sqm on plan getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning ,filling in , including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material ( soils) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Surface Dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C2 , using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 75 mm thick as in plinth protection, floor/paved surface finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-2 (1:2:4), using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 50 mm thick , as hard standing, floor/paved surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work built in cement mortar 1:6 with well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 Kg/sqcm straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm , deposited , spread and levelled in layer n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(Note: Rendering may required to be done in patched also.)

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Rendering may required to be done in patched also.)

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 7 mm thick on vertical and bottom surfaces of tick channel set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Rendering shall be measured and paid separately under respective items).

Supply, fabricating and fixed rolled mild steel in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening .grade Fe-410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality -B complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, white or tinted over a coat of cement based primer including washing floors, etc.of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered of walls and applying wall care white putty and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of cement based primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered of walls and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of chalk whitening including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic, white or any tinted as in (camouflage pattern), over a coat of cement based primer including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc., of drops and splashes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for preparation of untreated new wooden surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, (Ordinary tint) over a coat of pink primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting two coat with synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair Gunmetal , globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 50 mm bore iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing 50 mm nominal bore of pipe, steel water tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings, fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n. exc 1.5 Sqm each etc including removing material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter with partilcle board 28 to 30 mm thick (stiles),with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded Prelam PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm prelam PVC Sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing factory made wire gauzed PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side as gap insert for top rails bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitting in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt 200 mm long etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing aluminium anodised sliding door bolt 300 mm long with hasp staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing 100 mm long medium weight, cold rolled mild steel Butt hinges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs 300 mm long, mild steel helical door spring,ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 140 mm floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for 2nd class hard wood (well seasoned) scantling wrought timber fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating should be 50 micron) aluminium window frame with frame of section 91.80 mm x 31.75 mm, thickness of sheet 1.5 mm and sliding shutters with shutters of section 31.80 mm x 14.50 mm, thickness of sheet 1.5 mm ( with and including Triple track and 2 Nos Glazed shutter and 01 No Gauzed shutters) including stainless steel wire mesh, rubber gasket for securing the glass, 4 mm thick tinted glass, aluminium grill and necessary aluminium mongries such as tower bolts, handles including necessary locking arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating should be 50 micron) aluminium ventilator frame with frame of section 91.80 mm x 31.75 mm, thickness of sheet 1.5 mm and side hung shutters with shutters of section 31.80 mm x 14.50 mm thickness of sheet 1.5 mm ( with and including 1 Nos Glazed shutter and 01 No Gauzed shutters) including stainless steel wire mesh, rubber gasket for securing the glass, 4 mm thick figured glass, aluminium grill and necessary aluminium mongries such as tower bolts, handles including necessary locking arrangements etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating is 50 micron) aluminium partition/doors frame and shutter including necessary aluminium mongries such as locking arrangement , joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Prelaminated particle board and rubber gasket shall be measued and paid separately)

Supply and fixing Prelaminated particle board 12 mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination, fixed with aluminium beading to as in panels for doors. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing rubber gasket for windows/door etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
