Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 40 KW Solar Roof top Hybrid Power Plant comprising of following items. Note:- The solar power plant and its connectd item shall be provided as per latest approved list of "GOI Ministry of New & Renewable Energy".

Solar Photovoltaic Modules of rating minimum 330 Wp as per MNRE’s ALMM List 150 Nos The PV modules used must qualify to the latest edition of IEC PV module qualification test or equivalent BIS standards Polycrystalline Silicon Solar Cell Modules IEC 61215/IS14286. In addition, the modules must conform to IEC 61730 Part-2- requirements for construction & Part 2 – requirements for testing, for safety, For the PV modules to be used in a highly corrosive atmosphere throughout their lifetime, they must qualify to IEC 61701/IS 61701 (335 Wp)

Battery Bank with Rack 240V 300Ah (2 Volt Cells)

DC Control Panel (DCDB) combined with Bus Bar Panel (MJB) (3IN1OUT) of suitable Rating

AC Control Panel (ACDB) combined with Bus Bar Panel (MJB) (3IN1OUT) of suitable Rating

Array Junction Box (AJB)(25 in series X 12 in parallel) (8 IN 8OUT)-DOUBLE SPDS of 335 WP module

Hot dip galvanized MS/ Pre-galvanized, Each structure should have angle of inclination as per the site conditions to take maximum insulation, The Mounting structure shall be so designed to withstand the speed for the wind zone of the location where a Project is proposed to be installed (for minimum wind speed of 200 km/hour), Suitable fastening arrangement that do not require drilling in rooftops should be adopted to secure the installation against the specific wind speed. Necessary protection towards rusting need to be provided either by coating or anodization, The fasteners used should be made up of stainless steel.

PCU TO ACDB-BUSBAR (4C x 50 sqmm. unarmoured stranded copper conductor cable 1.1 kV grade)

ACDB-BUSBAR TO MAIN CONTROL PANEL (3.5 C x 150 sq.mm. armoured stranded aluminium conductor cable 1.1 kV grade) making end termination with brass double compression gland and copper / aluminium thimbles for XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of 1.1 kv grade, (48 Nos for 35 sqmm, 24 Nos for 150 sqmm, 10000 Nos for 6 sqmm) Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/sweating and soldering etc approx (240 Nos)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 3 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with backfill compound (ERIC)Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers, (12 Nos) Providing and laying G.I. tape 32 mm X 6 mm from earth electrode directly in ground as required. (240 mtrs) with MC4 connectors etc.

LA (ESE) 107 mtr radius with 5 mtr mast 50mm dia guy wires with all accessories Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required including Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/sweating and soldering etc
