Excavating in road / floor cutting by manually for laying of cable including making good to disturbed surface after laid cable / GI in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed Note:- PCC shall be measured and paid separately

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pump & motor and premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 150 mm thick soling (spread thickness) with broken boulders or quarried stone of size 100 mm to 50 mm, inter stices filled, surface formed and camber required using 8-12 ton capacity mechanical power roller complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for 150mm thick (Compacted thickness) in two equal layer WBM, with coarse aggregates (Granite, Dasalt or Trap stone) of grading 2 (63mm to 40mm size) or of grading 3(50 to 20mm size) spread, roller and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8-12 ton capacity mechanical power roller complete all as specified & directed.

Preparing unsurfaced WBM surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer [email protected] kg per 10 Sq metre complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for premix bitumen macadam using paving bitumen VG-30 grade with 4% minimum binder content by weight of total mix,laid/rolled and compacted to requiired gradient and camber, (Consolidate thickness 75 mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (a) Bituminous Macadam will be spread through Mechanical Paver Machine only. (b) No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mix is more than the specified quantity.

Material and Labour of Bituminous premixed carpet 25 mm thick (consolidated thickness) consisting of 0.34 Cum/10 Sqm of stone chippings mixed with 14.60 Kg/10 Sqm of paving bitumen(VG-30) at mini Hot Mix Plant and spread rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brush for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer [email protected] kg per 10 Sq metre complete all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for applying a tack coat over existing bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen and providing and laying 20mm thick bitumen mastic asphalt on prepared surface strictly in accordance with IS specification No 5317-2002( As latest modified) with mastic i.e. bitumen of grade 20/30 @ 4.50 Kg/ Sqm (Minimum) mixed with stone dust (lime stone powder with calcium value 80%) @ 0.008 cum/Sqm and stone chipping of size 12.5mm and 10mm @ 0.0096 cum/sqm and sand @ 0.004 cum per Sqm and inerting stone graded of 22mm size with 0.017 Kg/Sqm of 20/30 bitumen per Sqm for anti skiding including all tools and plants etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: 1. No price adjustment shall be applicable if the approved quantity of binder as per design mix is more than the specified quantity. 2. TheContractor is adviced to assess the realistic quantity of binder for the Design Mix specified above before quoting. If considered necessary, they may get the Design Mix done on their own before quoting the Tender. However, the Design Mix done prior to quoting of Tender shall not be considered for incorporation in the work after conclusion of Contract.

Material & labour for machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 graded fixed with grey cement and pigment complete all as directed NOTE:- Sand cushoning shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for Sand filling of compacted thickness 40mm under PCC paver block including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing road stud with PAMA striplens two way solar reflector with aluminium alloy body of size 100 x 120 x 24 mm fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions etc complete all as specified & directed. Supply and fixing of solar stud (blinker) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm with aluminium alloy shell, Mono-crystaline solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 Watt, one Ni-mh rechargable battery 1.2V, six LEDs, fixed to road with epoxy based resin adhesive after necessary preparation of surface including taking out existing old one and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Material and Labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour of sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including punning down complete all as specified. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measure after punning down.

Material and labour for sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid flat, dry in trenches to the width equal to the width of the brick as in cable protection complete all as per specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, strip armoured electric cable with aluminium conductor (stranded) working voltage upto 1100 volt of 16.00 Sqmm , 4 core as per IS 7098 Pt I laid in trenches or passing through pipe etc including connecting both end with proper size of aluminium lugs duly crimped with die press crimping device and cable gland complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying GI pipe (Light grade), 40mm bore under road / duct / culvert for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing CI sluice valve, PN-1.6, flanged end, conforming to IS-14846 : 2000 with CI wheel, brass spindle, check nuts, rubber gasket, bolts (full threaded), nuts & washers including making of joints (any type) of size 100mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply,hoisting and fixing in position 5000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded PVC water storage tanks conforming to IS-12701(1989) (Cylindrical verticle with closed top),multi layer including inlet, outlet and wash out holes with locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes of 50mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 35 here-in-above but 25 mm bore

Supply and fixing 50mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade with all fittings and laid in trenches / walls / floors complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 37 here-in-above but 25mm bore Note:- In the event of GI pipes to be fixed on walls, suitable sized GI / MS 'U' or 'J' shaped clamps to be provided at an interval of 1.6 mtr (vertical) & the cost for the same are deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of 3 phase, IP 44 /55, High energy saving and high efficiency ISI marked Mono Block Pump of capcity 5.0 HP capable of discharging 5.8 lps at 36.0 Mtr head, operating at 440V, 50 Hz complete will all fittings & fixtures, base iron frame suitable for the pump complete all as specified and directed. Supply, commissioning & testing of open well submersible pumping set capacity 7.5 HP,2900 rmp,IP-68 , electrically driven, 415 volts three phase, AC, having a discharge capacity of 7.3 LPS at a head of minimum 40 mtrs with other connected accessories, pump guard, adpater set etc and necessary electrical connections complete all as specified and directed. Cutting of road/Hardstanding 30 cm in width and n.exe 60 cm in depth for removal/ laying of water tubing including returning filling and making good the disturbed surfaces using PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate on top 100 mm layer and fair finish the surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for old size brick work with fly ash brick straight or cuved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm gaded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, kerb and the like including weathering, slightly founded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste formwork (straight or curved) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 150 mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid in trenches and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete for 150 mm bore RCC drain pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement and finishing all exposed faces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.
