Material and labour for mixing and applying Renderoc SP40 to the prepared patches after mixing the powder with water in ratio 0.16 The polymer modified mortar shall have a high strength, shrinkage controlled cementitious repair mortar applied using a steel trowel and finished using a damp sponge with multilayers and each layer thickness limitation for15mm walls, slabs and columns. The product shall have drying shrinkage < 1000 microstrain as per ASTM C 157-93, Compressive strength > 45 Mpa, Tensile strength > 2.5 Mpa. Once the surface mortar has dried, curing to be carried out immediately as per regular curing practice or using curing compound like Concure AB or approved equivalent (require reinforcement steel to be paid in under item No. 2) and etc complete as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- The rate shall Including providing, erecting and maintaining necessary scaffolding / staging, working platforms, ladders and safety arrangements for access at all heights and locations inside and outside the building complete including dismantling after completion as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Beam Repair - 25 to 35 mm thickness

Column Repair - 40 to 50mm thickness

Slab Repair - upto 25mm thickness

Non structural elements - Chajjas, Chajja drop, Parapet, Balcony, etc - upto 25mm thickness

Material and labour for Additional Reinforcement in RCC beams / columns / slabs / Non structural elements. Check the diameter of the existing rebars and if the diameter is less than 20% of the original diameter, provide additional reinforcement. Cut the required bars as main reinforcement to the required length with proper development length. Tie them to the prefixed shear connectors so that the additional rebar acts monolithically with the existing ones and core concrete. In the case of the shear reinforcement also, if the diameter of the rebars are reduced, provide 8mm dia stirrups in the form of 2 "U" shaped bars. Tie them properly so that it has a tight contact with the main bars. The rate shall include the cost of all the operations and etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for epoxy pressure injection grouting in Columns / Beams / Soffits RCC Members in honeycombed and cracked concrete surfaces using low viscosity epoxy resin grout such as Conbextra EP10 of Fosroc or approved equivalent, including surface preparation by cleaning cracks / honeycombed areas free from dust, laitance, oil, grease and loose particles, drilling holes at required spacing, fixing G.I. injection packers with suitable sealing compound such as Nitomortar S / Lokfix or approved equivalent, sealing of surface cracks with epoxy putty where required, mixing resin components in manufacturer’s recommended proportion using mechanical mixer and injecting grout under controlled pressure using mechanical grouting pump until refusal to ensure complete penetration and bonding, allowing curing and removing packers followed by sealing of holes complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface Preparation for micro concreting : Material and labour for Surface Preparation Repairs in RCC beams / columns / slabs of Chipping out the loose concrete to a proper geometrical pattern and removing all foreign contaminants around the RCC element exposing the sound concrete surface. Removing the rust layer around the rod using a rust remover, fixing additional reinforcement by welding (The reinforcement steel shall be measured and paid under Item No. 2 above) or pure epoxy anchor fastener, providing anti corrosive coating at 4 sqm / litre, application of acrylic bonding agent on the prepared SSD concrete surface before micro concrete all as per manufacture's specification.

Formwork for Micro concreting: Material and labour for Formwork in RCC beams / columns /slabs of Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc., as per the required line and length at all different elevations level as per the standard specification-complete. Form work should be rigid to prevent loss of grout or mortar concrete from concrete at all stages & appropriate to the methods of placing & compacting as per standard specification. It should be made of suitable material i.e., timber, plywood, plastic, Steel depending upon the type of finish specified. Shuttering oil can Reebol or equivalent can be used. The rate shall include cost of equipment, materials, sand and labour etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
