Supply and fixed in repairs vitreous china squatting pan, Orissa pattern of size 580 mm x 440mm white with P or S trap, front or back inlet and integral foot rest (Excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair wash hand basin, white, flat back of size 550 x 400mm excluding pillar taps but including waste coupling, waste pipe and bracket, etc.including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitrous china wash down water closet pan EWC, white including white plastic water closet seat & back with flat bottom and cover mild steel chromium plated or aluminium anodised high device (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including fixing bolt and necessary connection with existing pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 10 litres capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets & flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density or PVC 32 mm dia for low level cistern & fixing/connecting to pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers (10mm thick 1st layer + 5mm thick finishing layer) of walls, chajja, fins, facia etc. any height mixed with water proofing compound (for 5mm thick finishing layer only) @ 3 % of weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately (ii) Cost of scafolding, any height are deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rate.

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surface as in ceiling/chajja finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
