Disconnecting of the power and control cables from the motor starter panel by engaging a skilled electrician and keeping the disconnected cables safely at a suitable location without causing any damage, all as per direction of EIC.

De-bolting of the top cover and lifting the submersible pump unit from the sump chamber using suitable lifting arrangement, placing it in workable position at site, and thoroughly cleaning the pump unit.

Dismantling the pump unit part by part, including removal of cable gland, motor cover, casing, oil draining, rotor with shaft, etc., using proper tools and tackles without damage.

Inspecting all dismantled parts thoroughly, checking with appropriate measuring instruments, and thorough cleaning as per direction of EIC.

Cleaning, drying, and de-rusting the rotor unit with shaft assembly by suitable methods as instructed by EIC.

Supply,fitting and fixing of a 100 mm diameter new mechanical seal assembly along with necessary rubber rings and components as required at the suitable place of the shaft after proper surface preparation.(Suitable for Wilo Make pump capacity of 35 Cusec & Model No.-PDM-24-2200 or as per sample).

Heat varnishing of the stator winding is required to be done to provide additional electrical insulation and also to protect the windings from any moisture and contaminants and re-sleeve, re-socketing by providing new sleeves, sockets, joint compound etc by crimping method to be done.

Assembling the complete motor unit part by part with required gaskets, rubber rings, nuts, bolts, and allied hardware as per standard procedure.

Fitting and fixing impeller, diffuser, bearings, and other associated parts properly using suitable tools and tackles.

Supplying and filling specific-grade oil in the oil chamber as per manufacturer’s recommendation and direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting, and applying necessary consumables such as high-temperature grease, paraffin oil, gasket sealing compounds, oil seals, and gland sealing compounds as required.

Repairing the damaged portion of submersible power cable including fault detection, removal of defective section, cleaning of ends, and reconnection using insulation-grade jointing materials (heat-shrink sleeves, epoxy resin, etc.), with testing and commissioning under EIC supervision.

Supplying and fixing heavy-duty rubber cable protector along entire length of submersible power cable from motor termination up to discharge top cover, including proper clamping, alignment, and finishing.

Carrying out to-and-fro transportation including loading, unloading, and handling by providing all necessary tools and tackles.

Lowering the completely assembled pump unit into position with proper alignment and reinstalling it at designated location as per direction of EIC.

Bolting the top cover properly, connecting electrical power and control cables with starter panel, and carrying out test run in presence of EIC to ensure smooth operation.
