Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for laying cables, foundation for pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning 230mm thickness with dry sand (one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as directed. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking up bricks laid as cable covers and stacking serviceable brick for reuse at site etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering to underground electric cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid dry, flat, perpendicular to the direction of cable etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old unserviceable LT underground cable upto 25 Sqmm 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, duct work, GI pipe for laying of cable and sand cushing/cable protection covers etc are beyond the scope of this item and shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of BoQ.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of 16 sqmm 4 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors confirming to IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply , laying , jointing, testing and commissioning of 25 sqmm 4 core LT underground cable , 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors confirming to IS-7098, laid in trenches /fixed on wall /floor /road /culverts /pole or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F in replacement Galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (40mmx6mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F street light bracket made to shape out of GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade, 1.5 meter length fixed with & including necessary MS Clamps of size 40x5mm including nuts, bolts and washers on pole etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement FRLS cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed size 3 x 1.5 sqmm 1100 Volts grade, single core stranded copper conductor (unsheathed) from Junction box to street light through & including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Three run of 1.5 Sqmm cable and one run of conduit shall be measured as single run of RM length.

S&F in replacement twin core flat 10 Sqmm size 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated with aluminum solid conductor over all PVC sheathed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit suitable for LT XLPE UG cable for strainght through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for single core 16 sqmm XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB SPN of capacity 6A to 32A , 10 KA, type 'C', 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F junction box made of fibre type (syntex) suitable for street light of size not less than 130mm x 180mm x 77mm, made out of polycarbonate having front side openable shutter duly provided with locking arrangement and provided with 100 Amps 3 Phase & 01 neutral rated aluminium bus bar alongwith 01 No MCB 10 Amp SP and provision of 02 Nos cable entries, fixed on street light pole with proper size MS clamp with nut & bolt and connected assessories complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable street light fitting from 09/11 mtr pole including u/s wire, junction boxes, MCBs, MCCBs and all worn out accessories complete all as specified & directed/

S&F street light LED light fitting 60 Watt, new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP OPENING seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 with 10KV Built-in Surge Protection Device , connected with and including 0.5 sqmm flexible copper multistranded conductor cable including fixed on wall / pole all as specified and directed. Make : Cat Part No ENDURAPEARLNEOSL60WLED757PASYTOPC of Endura Peral Neo series of Havells or LSTP-60-CDL-M of Crompton or LTESSI60WLED of C&S or equivalent make as mentioned in Appx 'C' list of makes here-in-after.

S&F in replacement micro rex analog timer T31 daily switches in accotdance with IEC 60730-1 and 60730-2-7 manual switching ON/automatic/OFF hourly/daily/weekly switching dial with capacity segments clock precision +/- 5 Minute for the daily time switch -10C to +55C operating temperature and suitable contractor, relay with complete assembly all as specified and directed. Note :- Cat No 412812 of Legrand or equivqlent make as approved by the GE from the makes mentioned in Appendix 'C' here-in-after.

M&L for 40mm bore PVC pipe, ISI marked, heavy duty for laying of LT cable, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall / floor with necessary PVC clamps at 1mtr interval or as required at site and suitable size of PVC fittings such as elbow, Tee, bend, socket etc with and including necessary cutting of RCC slab of any thickness for clamping nand fitted by PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate and making good the surface after clamping of PVC pipe complete all as specified & directed.
