M&L for rewinding of HT/LT coils of transformer of capacity 25 KVA to 500 KVA with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge and proper number of turns alongwith insulating material i.e leatheroid, paper insulation, cotton tapes, empire tapes, wooden block packings, PVC sleeves, soldering and varnishing with insulating varnish , heating/drying etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Transformer rewinding will be done at workshop of approved manufacturer available in CE zone list . (ii) Transformer will be inspected by ref of CWE TKD before and after repair.

Taking down/dismantling and refixing of any capacity of transformer by using Hydra mechine complete and including tranportation shifting to approved manufacturer/Workshop including testing and commitioning all as directed.

Replacement of breather assembly of approved make filled with silica gel suitable for transformers of following capacity

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration plant to achieve the specified dielectric strength of 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap in existing position of transformer of any capacity and transformer oil for topping up at various sub station complete all specified and as directed. NOTE: Transformer oil for TOP UP shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality (Dielectric strength not less than 40 KV) ISI marked for filling in transformer for topping up all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for painting of transformer after cleaning the body surface of transformer by rubbing with emery Ppper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying two coat of snthetic enamel paint by spray paint incl writing SM No/MES No , capacity of transformers of following capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for boring hole/circular duct 150 mm dia by trenchless technology under the road , path, culvert etc including HDPE/PPR pipe 110mm bore pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 as a cover to protect cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Cable shall be measured and paid seprately under respect items. Work shall be carried out in civil area / deffence area, Any approval requried to lay the trenchless cable shall be obtained by the contactor from the respective department and no extra payment shall be made to the contactor on this account.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement of HT XLPE insulated ,screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured ,electric power cables(heavy duty) with aluminium conductor,11000 volts(earthed) , grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core for working voltage upto 11000 Volts, including cable lugs for providing connections as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose for laying cables, erection of poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning/sand covering for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV,type 1,flat ,size 300 mm X 180mm X 40 mm of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable route indicator for HT UG Cable of 11000 Volts 80 mm dia CI Plate marked on HT cable bolted with 40 x 5 mm flat iron member of height 0.9 mtr, embedded in PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 of size 20 x 20 x 30 cm block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade of size 80mm dia.for laying in trenches/ under floor/on walls for protection of UG cables complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old U/S damaged parts from VCB including servicing , greasing ,testing ,relay testing ,calibration, control wire checking etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Note:- New parts shall be measured paid seperattly under relevant items of this schedule

Dismantling of Old/damaged HT Electric Pole any size.

M&L in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate , finial taper plug,bolts,nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 , 11 Mtr long including necessary earth work for foundation of pole, cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 using 40mm aggreate type D-2 stone aggregate in foundation and coaping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm stone graded aggregate complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling of upper cover of servo Voltage stabilizer of capacity 200 KVA after disconnecting electrical connection for overall servicing , cleaning of dust and replacement of complete old wiring with FRLS copper conductor of suitable size in proper layout and tight with tie including replacement of any unserviceable parts i.e main transformers and dimmerstat (Variac) three phase , servo moter , carbon bush or any other parts complete including testing, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . Note :- Replacement of any unserviceable parts will be measured and paid separatly under relevant items except replacement of old wiring which are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for replacement of DC battery bank complete enclosed in a sheet metal enclosures size not less than 2mm thick duly compartmentlise for battries, charging system and control system with LED indicator lamps and toggle switch and push button ON/OFF system for charging, discharging etc as per requirement , front openable and lockable with proper ventilaation as per latest IS, suitable for supply of 24 volt DC 100 AH duly banked with 2 volt LED acid maintenance free battries including float and trickle battery charging system suitable for input single phase 220 volt/3 phase 440 volt 50 Hz AC supply including all electrical and control connection upto existing socket for charging and DC Supply to the existing VCBs upto 5 Nos. The connection of incomming and outgoing battery bank to VCBs willl be made by stranded copper conductor size not less than 2.5 sqmm for each core in case of multi core cable or single core cable PVC insulated unsheathed cable duly drawn into medium grade PVC conduit on floor/wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet ,vitreous enamelled white with letters,figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts and nut of approved size,for HT ,25 X 20 cm size complete all as specified and as directed.
