Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scrapping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Wall painting ( two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping: Ready mixed paint other than white.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impact resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalent 600x600mmx10mm manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete.

Excavation in earth work and disposal of all excavated earth up to a lead of 20mts and lift up to 1.5mts, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed. Pick work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and excluding cost of centring and shuttering in : foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 60 mm as per drawings and technical specification clause 1504.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint : In gratings framed guards bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar work.
