M&L for systematically cleaning of the water closet including nahani trap, floor trap and gully traps by bamboo/wire/kandi rotary cleaner up to first mainhole any type of dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The contractor or his authorised rep shall collect the complaint of all blockage of sewage from complaint cell /Engr-in-charge daily and all complaint will be rectified by the contractor with in same day than the returned the complaint slip after completion of complaint and get recipt from concered JE/Enge-in-charge .If he fails to complete the work with in same day then recovery will be made @150.00 per complaint per day.

M&L for systematically cleaning of the sewage lines including gully traps by passing ropes, Knots, bamboo/wire/kandi rotary cleaner etc for any type of dia of sewage pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning and desludging of manholes of any size, shape and any depth including pumping out liquid waste if any, removing all solid waste materials such as stones, bricks, pipes, plastic etc, pluggings/ diverting of flow if required and removing the debries outside MD land etc including all precautionary and safty measurescomplete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning and desludging of existing mini septic tank or Manholes or gullytrap of capacity n exc 10 Users and including inlet and outlet chambers and soakage well, taking out sludge in any form alongwith all other foreign materials by mechanical equipment or by way of other suitable means , and removing waste material/sludge ( desludging n exc 0.5 cum and dewatering n exc 0.5 cum from each septic tank) etc to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including digging , burrying in ground Complete all as specified.and as directed, Note :-(i) Work shall be done in foul conditions , necessary precautionary measures/equipments to be adopted by the contractor . (ii) The solid or semi solid sludge shall be burried in pits and fully covered with a layer of lime powder and earth. (iii) Rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to have considered all such contingencies including removal and refixing man hole covers. (iv) Any damage caused during cleaning shall be made good by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge without any extra cost to Govt.

All as per above srl item No. 4 but 100 users capacity ( desludging n exc 12.0 cum and dewatering n exc 12.00 cum from each septic tank) complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per above srl item No. 4 but 50 users capacity ( desludging n exc 6.0 cum and dewatering n.exc 6.00 cum from each septic tank) complete all as specified.

All as per above srl item No. 4 but 25 users capacity ( desludging n exc 4.0 cum and dewatering n exc 4 cum from each septic tank) complete all as specified.

M&L for excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Ditto all as per above item No. 8 but as in soft/disintegrated rockcomplete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work/precast concrete article built in cement mortar any descriptioncomplete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for HDPE DWC (Double wall corrugated) pipes confirming to IS-16098 of 170 mm internal dia pressure ratting SN--08 fixed with rubber seal and coupler required with and including suitable bends 90/60/45 degree etc single Y Jn complete as required fixed as per manufactures instructions laid in trenches for sewage line complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, for man-holes septic tank/soake well etc in sewer works etc using old size bricks, built in cement mortar 1:4 , complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 13 herein before, but except bricks complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. Note-Old bricks obtained against dismantling shall be used.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on the fair face of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement,all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer paint including preparation of newly plastered of wall complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 ( Using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in coping,bed block, Gola etc including necessary formwork as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipes of 150 mm internal dia, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 smooth finished, and reforming benching all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting pointcomplete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends swan necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fitting and accessories).all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with MS clamps, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

All as per si no 24 above but refixing only (except pipe) with clampall as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F 100 mm bore CI vent cowl including taking down old CI vent cowl of any typeall as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends with access door any radius, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 ( Using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work etc, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of rerinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M & L pre-cast RCC 1 : 2 : 4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cover slabs for man holes with plain faces finished fair and smooth etc, set in CM I : 6 and including demolition of old slabs all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. . Note:- each cover slab shall be engraved with CA No when concrete is green.

Material and labour for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking binding spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F reflective Chequered vitrified tiles 300 X 300 X 10 mm sizeof approved colour and pattern, set, jointed over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed.
