Earth work in excavation for foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved excavated material to the extent required and utilizing the remaining earth localy for road work. including labour, disposal of unservisable excavated stuff within 100 mtrs radius etc., complete with all lead, lift, loading, unloading transporting hire charges of machineries labour and all other incidental charges for the sucessful completion of the work. etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specifications 304 and as directed by Engineer In Charge of work.

Providing and Construction of steel wire mesh Gabion etaining wall for retaining walls with Mechanically woven double twisted, mechanically selvedge, Zinc+PVC coated gabion of mesh type 10X2, wire dia 2.7/3.7mm (inner/outer dia), slevedge wire dia 3.4/4.4mm as per standards (EN/IS 16014) with diaphragms (portions), in every 1M for Gabion of length higher then 1.5M as per standars, from manufactures of proven experience in similar technology, including packing compactness to lins and levels in he exposed face of masaonry, in dry condition, simultaneously during the course as per construction guidelines by the department/ installation guideline manufacturer, including all lead, lift and labour loading, unloading transporting hire charges of machineries and all other incidental charges etc. complete (In case of under water installation, the approxiate provision for crane, extra labour etc, need to be taken extra). Compacting original ground supporting embankment: Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2 in layers not exceeding 250mm thick and compacting it by mechanical means after adding water to its OMC, so as to achieve 97% compaction of maximum dry density and finish the surface to the required camber, grade and cross section etc., spreading by Dozer, grading by motor grader, consolidation by vibratory road roller and carriage by tipper complete with all lead and lifts, loading, unloading, all labour, transporting hire charges of machinery and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specifications 305 and as directed by Engineer In Charge of work.

Construction of gravel filter & embankment with approved material: Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition as per drawing including cost of materials, labour, watering, transporting, lead, lift, loading, unloading hire charges of machinery and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specifications 710.1.4 of IRC :78 & 2200 and as directed by Engineer In Charge of work.

Construction of backfill & embankment with approved material from borrow pits: KSRRB M2200-8.1. Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification complete as per specifications. A. Granular material including all lead, lift and labour loading, unloading transporting hire charges of machineries and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specifications and as directed by Engineer In Charge of work.

Dismantling of cement Concrete pavement Dismantling of Cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled material upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separetely including all lead, lift labour, transporting hire charges of all machineries and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specifications 202 and as directed by Engineer In Charge of work.

Granular Sub-Base Construction of granular sub-base by providing laying, spreading and compacting in layers, mixing in a weet plant of 75 tonne capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreding in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonne to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edge of GSB layers, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machiner, lightingm guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, all lead and lift transporting hire charges of machineries and all other incidental charges etc., complete with lead of mixed material upto 1 km to achieve minimum CBR Value of 30% (compacted Thickness) etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specifications 401 and as directed by Engineer In Charge of work.

Dry lean cement Concrete Sub-Base Providing and Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate and fine aggregate conforming o IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate as per table 600-1, using Granite/Basalt/Trap metal & clean seived approved fine aggregate or double washed crushed metal sand, after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement conyent at 150k /cum, optmum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 mpa at 7 days, loading materials to batch mix plant by F.E loader, mixed in a batching plant at 75 cum/hr transported to site in tipper to paver, laid with paver finisher with electronic sensor, to the required grad, level and alignment, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, joint cutting, finishing and Curing including all materials labour loading and unloading labour transporting hire charges and machineries all incidental charges etc., (complete thickness) etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specifications and as directed by Engineer In Charge of work.

Cement Concrete Pavement providing and Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to Is 383, coarse aggregate as per table 600-3., using Granite/Basalt/Trap metal & clean seived approved fine aggregate or double washed crushed metal sand, loading materials to batch mix plant by F.E loader, mixed in a cement concrete batch mix palnt 175 cum/hr as per approved mix design, transporated to site in transit truck agiator 5 cum capacity, laid with a slip form paver with electronic sensor, and DBI compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filling with selant, separation membrane of plastisizer, admixtures conforming to IS 9103-1995 curing compound as approved, finishing to the required grade, level and alignment, textured with texturing machine, finishing and curing including cost of all materials, labour, lead and lift, hire charges of machineries loading and unloading transporting all incidental charges etc., complete (Compacted thickness) etc., complete as per MoRT&H Specifications 602 and as directed by Engineer In Charge of work.
