Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm garded stone aggragate as in, sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm garded stone aggragate as in, sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade, with grey cement and pigments and layed over sand cushion complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for (300x300) x25 mm thick PCC designer Pre-polished tiles (Factory make and approved size) as in floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement with pigment over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pavement/plinth protection , laid in bays and joints shall be filled up with bituminous gola with 80/25 bitumen ( 1 part of bitumen to be mixed with 3 part of sand and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Light shade Vitrified tiles 8 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n.exc. 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles (450x300) x7/8mm thick in skirting/dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for treating back of chowkats etc with tar or coal tar black paint, area tarred exceeding 0.10 sqm but not exceeding 0.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed panelled door shutters, (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneered on both faces and rail and stiles as per IS 1003(Pt-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 35mm thick 2nd class Hard wood factory made glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to received glass/gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded and mitred , beads for securing glass etc the size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 30mm thick factory made 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton window shutters, open rebated and prepared to received glass/gauge etc (with sash bars) divided in squares with plain, chamfered or rounded and mitred, and rebated sash bar any number for securing glass etc the size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 30mm thick flush shutters solid core construction with particle board core and plywood face panels, one face covered with decorative face veneer with lipping / frame to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube with EPDM gasket as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work as in hold fast or similar article conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 including tarring and sanding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm size stainless steel butt hinges, medium weight fixed with cadmium plated screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests including 'P'or 'S' trap (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Vitreous china EWC 'P' or 'S' Trap of size 400x365x540mm, white including Plastic water closet seat, white closed pattern with flat bottom, and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device suitable for EWC (excl flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous China wash basin white flat back, size 630 x 400 mm including PTMT waste coupling 32mm dia (min wt 45 gm), 15mm bore PTMT pillar tap,chain and plug and porcelain stopper etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Brass chromium plated Tubular Towel Rail , 20mm dia, D type, 600mm long between flange fixed with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (multilayer cylinderical vertical with closed top) 1000 Ltr Capacity, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified including dismantling existing water tank complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 43 above but 500 Ltr capacity complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar (Make :CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc /SIKA No 1 of SIKA/equivalent brand of PIDILITE)

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 05mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces in ceiling and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 1.50mm thick wall care putty and appling two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer to wall to new plaster surface complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 50 above but in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of wall including washing, rubbing down and stopping of old treatement and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat alkali resistant primer and finished the existing surface with 1.5mm thick wall putty etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastred surfaces of wall by vaccume based sanding machine, and applying two coats of Anti Fungal paint white or coloured by Auto Roller over a coat of primer, including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and as directed as per manufacturers instructions.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by Vaccume based sanding machine, removal of nails etc & filling cracks/hole with putty, and applying two coats of Anti Fungal paint white or coloured by Auto Roller over a coat of primer, including necessary scffoldings complete all as specified and as directed as per manufacturers instructions.

All as per item No. 54 above but in ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 18 to 20mm thick Granite(of any type)work(table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs,pillars,window -cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar(1:4) including pointing in white cement(1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 ,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hard wood, plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing of hold fasts block and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5 mm thick decorative type colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications after dismantling old wall panelling (fibre, pulp, insulation,glass etc) any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.(Note- PVC frame shall deemed to be included in the quoted Rate) .
