Repairs to DRR 602 WILSON

Periodical Servicing of the DRR by way of flushing old lubricants and removing old filters and then p/f of M.oil filter – 01 no, fuel filter- 01 set, m.oil-16 litres, gear oil for topping- 10 litres, grease- 15 kgs. Complete job includes the cost of parts, labour and other tools and tackles required for job with all taxes.

Repair to DRR by first removing old damaged diesel pipes and then providing and fitting of Fuel pipe from tank to lift pump-01 no., fuel pipe from Feed pump to filter-01 no., fuel pipe from filter to F.I.P-01 no, fan belt-01 no, Hose pipe – 01 set, Cable battery to earth 01 No, oil seal 01 No, temperature gauge – 01 no., accelerator cable – 01 No, coolant -04 ltrs and electrical wiring of the machine as per requirement. The job further includes repair to machine canopy by way of electrical welding of the damaged angles with its body frame. The job also includes Repair and servicing of Radiator by way of removing old coolant and pour flushing/cleaning chemical agent in radiator then running engine, removing chemical for filling of fresh coolant and then Plugging of leakages by means of brazing/soldering wherever required and Repair to operator seat with electrical/gas welding and then P/F of cushioning material to seat and backrest with cover along with angle frame and plywood. Also, cleaning of fuel tank by first draining out of diesel if any in fuel tank to some container and then cleaning exterior and interior portion of tank with soap-water mixture, swirling and draining the cleaning solution and drying it with lint free cloth. Testing of the Machine after completion of job. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges (skilled and unskilled) and other tools and tackles required for job including all taxes.
