Special Eligibility Criteria

   Railway reserves the right to procure full/bulk quantity of the tendered item from RDSO approved sources for tendered item or their authorized dealers/agents only. Authorized dealer / agent must upload the tender specific authorization along with their offer, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected without back reference. The OEM/Authorized Dealers/Agents must comply with the following conditions failing which their offers are liable to be rejected without further reference: (a) In a tender, either the authorized dealer/agent on behalf of the Principal/OEM or the Principal/OEM itself can bid, but both cannot bid simultaneously in the same tender for the same item. (b) If an authorized dealer/agent submits bid on behalf of the Principal/OEM, the same dealer/agent shall not submit a bid on behalf of another Principal/OEM in the same tender for the same item. I/We hereby certify that no other concerns or affiliates (such as having common partner / director /promoter/owner/holding company decision control etc.) have participated in this tender which can give rise to a conflict of interest or fall under anti-competitive practices.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Firms quoting abnormally long delivery period or abnormally short validity will be considered as unresponsiveness and may be passed over.

   Firms quoting any deviation against Inspection clause will be considered as unresponsiveness and offer may be Passover. If tender invited with Inspection by RDSO then Inspection clause will be RDSO only irrespective of purchase value even after quantity distribution (if any) as per extent rules/guidelines/policies.
