Excavation in earth work in hillly area all heights and depths in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil ordinary rock and hard rock . All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side track shall be excavatedted with chiseling and wedging out rock ( where blasting prohibited) . All earth work in cutting/ excavation. Including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades side slopes with camber superelevation and level as shown on the drawings in conformity with the requirement of technical MORDspecificatiuon for Rural Road August,2004 and clause 1603.1& 1603.2 of General conditions for contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal & dumping to be arranged by the contractor of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner trimming filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions for smooth riding. The recovery of stones, whether useful or not, for 115.15 cum in all cases, @ Rupees 170/- only per cubic metre shall be effected on prorate basis .

Carriage of Cxcavated earth to dumping site any lead and lift by machanical transport as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in soil in Hilly Area in all kind of sand by mechanical/manual means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto any lead and lift as per Technical Specification Clause 1603.1 and as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 Volume-I, or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a any lead and lift , dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.useful material available from excavation to be properly stacked and handed over to the department free of cost including all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 volume-I or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and Laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1;4:8 (One cement:Four sand eight graded crushed stone aggregate 25mm (twenty five milimeter nominal size ) in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per direction by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Backfilling with Granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including all leads and lifts, as per HPPWD, specification of 1990 volume-I or as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing weapholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five kilograme) per square meter on the prepared granular surface and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D technical specifications clause 503including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 50mm (Fifty milimeter)thick bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto any lead laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 including all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer in Charge.
