Servicing and Repairing of LT ACB -630 Amp. to 3200 Amp. -415 Volts including opening of trolley from the LT panel and testing / locating the faults. The job includes the cost of checking and setting the relays as required at site. The job includes cost of all petty material charges required to complete the job at site in the entire satisfaction to the Engineer in charge.
Repairing of HT VCB/OCB (incomer / outgoing – 400/630/800 Amp. -11 KV) including opening of VCB trolley from the HT panel disconnecting of HT cables and re-erection of the same after repairing, testing of the same. Cleaning of flashed area in the VCB and removal moisture and set right the faults. The job includes the cost of checking and setting the relays as required at site. The job includes cost of all petty material charges required to complete the job at site in the entire satisfaction to the Engineer in charge.
DSR item No.2.2 Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, Ics=100% Icu and Operational Voltage 690V etc. as required.

Locating of fault of LT / HT cables laid in underground with the help of fault locating machine. It includes the cost of arrangement of power supply / generator required during the fault locating & digging the earth after found fault location & draw out the faulty cable from the ground and all petty materials required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Supply and Refilling of transformer oil in the existing transformer. The job includes the cost of all petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Drain out transformer oil, opening of transformer part and replacement of gasket, oil seal and silica gel, breather of 500 KVA oil type transformer to stop the leakage of oil as required at site, refilling of oil after complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Refilling of following type Fire Extinguisher as per Indian Standard Institute (ISI) Standards and ISI marked powder. The job includes carriage of Empty Fire extinguisher after operation of the fire extinguisher for its decating in the presence of Sub Divisional Engineer/ A.E./ J.E. incharge at the site before taking it to the refilling station and re installation of the same at site after refilling including checking of pressure gauge, nozzel pipe lever along with locking pin and fire extinguishers cylinder for any leakage of damage after filling the fire extinguisher. It should be marked with sticker showing at the name of agency, date of filling and next day of refilling of the fire extinguishers along with submission of certificate of powder filled in the cylinder to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. The job also includes the cost of new fastner and 'L' shape bracket if required as per site requirement.
