M&L for resolving complaints for petty repair to leaking water in bib tap, pillar tap, stop cock, angle valve, flushing cistern, WHB, Sink, wall mixer etc of any description any size by changing the washers (s)/jumper (s) etc, by adjusting/replacing the washer(s) and adjustment of lever required for making the flushing cistern functional, by tighting the leaking waste pipe of WHB/Sink and providing 'M' seal to stop leakage as required. Removal of air lock/blockage of water in GI water tubing and cleaning the pipe or fitting etc including replacement of major defective item if required, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Any type of complaint related to plumber and other connected items need to be catered for by the contractor. Note :- 1 Contractor may have to deploy more manpower in the particular area including all necessary T&P / equipmen to resolve the complaint within 06 hours of complaint received (on same day). 2. In case contractor fails to get the complaint rectified within 06 hours of complaint received, he shall be penalised for the same at a flat rate of Rs 200/- per complaint , in addition to cost incurred by the department for rectification of complaints from third party. 3. Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. Note :- Day to day Complaint received from user's of NOM Varuna and NCN Data Centre should be resolved within 06 hours of complaint received. 4. The contractor must keep in mind the above said provisions while quoting his rates.

M&L for resolving complaints repair to easing of any type of Doors/Window/CupBoard shutters incl Aluminium and toughened doors by tightening of hinges /handles/ aldropbolt/ towerbolt/ knobs,hasp and staple, mortice lock etc of any size/any number of panels for easy closing/ opening or changing the positionof hinges,adjustments of tower bolts,sliding bolts, door closer incl replacement of looking mirror, floor spring, alu/rubber beadings, curtain rod etc complete including replacement of major defective item if required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Any type of complaint related to carpenter and other connected items need to be catered for by the contractor. Note :- 1 Contractor may have to deploy more manpower in the particular area including all necessary T&P / equipmen to resolve the complaint within 06 hours of complaint received (on same day). 2. In case contractor fails to get the complaint rectified within 06 hours of complaint received, he shall be penalised for the same at a flat rate of Rs 200/- per complaint , in addition to cost incurred by the department for rectification of complaints from third party. 3. M&L for cleaning of all blockages of Nahani traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockages of WC's, Rain water pipes, Rain water spouts at roof level, 100 mm dia CI pipes upto 1st manhole/GT in shafts, vertical CI soil/waste pipe stacks, CI Tee/door bends etc & cleaning of drain pipes 150 mm to 300 mm internal dia by rodding and manholes upto 3.0 metre in depth and removal of sludge/silt/liquid mud sand (in foul conditions) etc, out of MOD premises (at the location notified by the local Municipal Corporation/Cantt board) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to maintain internal & external sewage system in functional state at all the time. The contractor shall engage required skilled manpower and provide all necessary tools and plants (manual/pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary equipment (as per rules of public health), etc to ensure resolution of complaint in time frame as desired by Engineer-in-Charge. Any type of complaint related to cleaning of sewage line and other connected items need to be catered for by the contractor. Note :- 1 Contractor may have to deploy more manpower in the particular area and deploy adequate sewage cleaning machinery/ equipment to clean the line and open blockages within 06 hours of complaint received (on same day). 2. In case contractor fails to get the complaint rectified within 06 hours of complaint received, he shall be penalised for the same at a flat rate of Rs 200/- per complaint , in addition to cost incurred by the department for rectification of complaints from third party. 3. Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. Note :- Day to day Complaint received from user's of NOM Varuna, NCN Data Centre should be resolved within 06 hours of complaint received. 4. The contractor must keep in mind the above said provisions while quoting his rates.

Note :- The work described in these items (1 to 176) shall be executed in bldgs up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements, trestles, ladders etc and hessian clothes for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. Note :- Removing building materials /old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc.on alternate day to a distance of 5km or beyond out side MOD Land and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. The work shall be executed through paint manufacturer/ Authorized applicatorof manufacturer only . the tenderer are deemed to have entered into MoU between tenderer , manufacturers of paint and their authorized applicator before quoting their bids. 2 . Authorized applicator of paint shall have valid authorization letter from the manufacturer ( minimum regional HQs) issued not later 30 days from start date of said finished work. the authorizatio letter needs to valid for complete period of execution. 3. Paint manufacturing firm/ authorized applicator/ contractor shall provide deffect liability/ warranty certificate of work for minimum for 2 years . 4. Preparation of plastered or unplastered surface or removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, ceiling, chajjas, fins, fascias, parapets etc shall be done by using mechanical sander with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by manufacturer. after preparation of surface, approval shall be obtained by engr - in - charge before applying primer and further treatment / coat. building wise stage passing register shall be maintained. 5. finishes i.e. cement based paint, oil bound distemper, acrylic water based interior grade primer , interior acrylic emulsion, acrylic water based exterior grade primer. water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion etc. to surface of walls , ceilings, chajjas, line, fascias, parapets etc. . shall be applied using airless spray technology and capable of operating single pray gun with a suitable hose length. the spray machine should be reputed manufacturer with pro- gaurd technology and capability of tracking pressure as well as paint & primer usage. 6. These equipment shall be certified by approved manufacturer . 7. The accessories for applying the finishes shall be able to spray in hard- to- reach areas and penetration of finish on the surface so as to achieve uniform applicaton and quality surface finish .
