Demolition below G.L. upto 1.50Metres depth and disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead Un-reinforecd cement concrete upto 15 cm. Thickness.
Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in beams joints channels, angles, tees, flats with connection plates or angle cleets as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth.
P/F M.S Pipe 40mm dia for railing and fixed in M.S. angle/ channels including cutting, hosting, welded compete in all respect
Painting two coats (excluding priming coat on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matters Enamel paint other than white
