M&L for non-skid ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 MM thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 SQM but not exceeding 0.18 SQM., in floors etc. , set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tile, over and including 15 MM thick screed bed or bedding layer of CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps, set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tile, over and including 10 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as backing for tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 MM thick as in sub base in PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 5 to 10 mm dia M.S Screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fans in situ and refixing after servicing, repairing and painting to ceiling fan,exhaust fan including exhaust fan louvers, scratching old paint and preparation of surface and painting with one coat of white/grey enameled paint complete all as specified and as directed.
