Supply and fixing in replacement including testing of drier filter of refrigerant gas of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed. Make : Sporlain/Danfoss

M&L for necessary tools/plants for finding leakage in condenser piping chiller system and rectifying defects including welding/bracing as necessary by arranging N2 gas for checking and oxygen gas for welding etc all as directed and testing for satisfactory operation of plant by the contractor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate quoted against item is deemed to be inclusive of labour for filling of refrigerant gas, However the refrigerant gas is issued under schedule B free for filling.

Dismantling and taking up unserviceable plate type heat exchanger (PHE) by disconnecting inlet and outlet chiller water pipe lines & gas circuit by brazing, disconnecting of sensors, air purge valve etc at 24 MMPU ESH central Air conditioning plant 33 TR complete all as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning plate type heat exchanger (PHE) of model No F120THx94 /1P-SC-M16+42U/2x2"VIC (Item No-0149607.0) working on R-410 refrigerant gas suitable for 33 TR capacity Air cooled chiller unit (Make : SWEP) complete including flushing of pipe line and brazing as required all as directed for satisfactory operation of plant complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & install water temperature sensor (LWT & EWT) for air-cooled chiller unit of capacity 33TR including taking down existing water temperature sensor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for de-scaling and cleaning of condenser pipe chiller chocked pipe, water circulating pipe lines ,valves, condenser (heat Exchanger) to cooling tower, circulating concentrated de-scaling solution (scale balaster -copper friendly chemical and neutralizer ) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the deposits/scale is removed to maintain required pressure, the chemical should be circulated through pump, cleaning the condenser and connected pipe and components (2/3 Units) of compressor by suitable size of drill rod, wire brush including dismantling and connecting all dismantled components in proper position after servicing/overhauling/greasing/cleaning and replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick, nuts, bolts with washer, testing of water line for leakage, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacity AC plants :- Note :- Descaling solution shall be paid separately under relevant item of schedule "A".

Disconnecting from system, strip opening of Reciprocating unserviceable compressors completely and re-assembling the dismantled Compressor with re-fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of the unserviceable/defective parts with new parts as required at site, connecting the compressor and making perfectly leak proof after cleaning the oil sump, oil pump, connecting rod, piston, liner, etc. and filling of compressor oil, charging of refrigerant gas to the required pressure and testing the compressor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for following make & model of compressors :-

Model SMC 2– 65 of make Accel.

Model SMC 4 – 100 of make Accel.

Model 5H46 of make VOLTAS.
