Replacement of CI pipe line in EA at Nangal Township

Excavation by mechanical means (JCB or Hydraulic excavator) in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets or open area including trimming and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling consolidation, watering, including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic, night signals. Providing and fixing caution boards crossing, over trenches for access to the houses watching fencing etc. and removal of surplus soil outside/inside the town involving lead upto 15 meter complete in all respect. (a) Earth work upto 1.5m depth for ii) For ordinary soil having gravel up to 40% (CSR Item No.28.2 (a) (ii))

Excavation manually in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets and lanes in builtup area where width of street / Lane from wall to wall is less than 3 meter including trimming and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling consolidation,watering , including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic, night signals. Providing & fixing caution boards, watching, fencing, etc. and removal of surplus soil from the site upto 15 meter distance complete in all respects. (a) Earth work upto 1.5 m. Depth (i) All classes of soil except rocky (CSR Item No.28.1 (a) i)

Providing stringing out, cutting, jointing and testing of ISI marked C.I. Pipes class1-A per IS: 1536 and laying the same in trenches to correct alignment and gradients jointed with rubber tyton joints fitted complete including all cartage. (b) 100mm i/d. pipe lines laid complete. (CSR Item No.28.7 A (b))

Providing & fixing CI/DI flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and bronze (gunmetal) working parts Sluice valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing, testing & cost of nuts, bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of engineer in charge B. lass PN-1.6 as per ISI (b) 100mm i/d sluice valve flanged (CSR Item No.28.27 B (b))

Supplying and laying C.I. specials as per IS: 1538 compete as desired by Engineer-in-charge conforming to ISI specifications. Note:- If CI specials of ISI marketed is used instead of specials confirming to ISI specifications than 10% extra on rates of this item will be paid (b) C.I. Specials upto 300mm i/d (CSR Item No.28.24(a))

Cement concrete 1:6:12 (b) With stone aggregate 40mm gauge (ii) mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type (CSR Item No.10.8 b ii)

First class burnt brick laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth (CSR Item No.11.3 i)

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (CSR Item No.15.11)

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 with mechnaically batched mixed using Batch type concrete mixer as per IS 1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth. (CSR Item No.10.15)

Cold twisted detormed (Ribbed/ Tor steel) Bars (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-2008) , for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and binding placing in position complete (CSR Item No.18.18)

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering) (CSR Item No.9.1)

Providing ISI marked G.M. ferule as per IS: 2692 drilling and tapping cost iron pipe lines of all diameters and screwing in ferule and connections complete in all respect. (c) 20mm i/d ferule medium (CSR Item No.28.34 (c))

EXTERNAL IN THE GROUND : Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes as per IS 15778 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge), having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, & testing of joints excluding cost of excavation complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (b) CPVC SDR 11 Pipe & fittings 20mm o/d (CSR Item No.28.26 (b))

Providing, fixing and jointing cPVC Ball valves screwed with cPVC ball & spindle, on cPVC Pipe lines including all carriages complete. (b) 20mm i/d cPVC Ball valves (MR) (CSR Item No.NS)

Cement concrete 1:8:16 (b) With stone aggregates 40mm gauge (ii) mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type (CSR Item No.10.6 b ii)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (a) With stone ballast or shingle (ii) mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type (CSR Item No.10.13 A ii)
