M&L for providing and laying M30 grade reinforced cement concrete (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; completeall all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for providing and laying for M30 grade reinforced cement concrete (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses; completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc.10 cm in width and setting in mortar, complete with type C1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for Boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly in weep hole back side retaining wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for Boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and pitching grouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter in rough finished flat surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M & L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

M&L for High strength corrosion resistant TMT bars, grade Fe–500D, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire [annealed] not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

M&L for High strength corrosion resistant deformed TMT bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

S&F Steel work in casing pipe in pile foundation incl erection etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over including preparing new unplastered concrete wall surfaces.

S&F 100mm dia UPVC Pipes (SCH-40) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Geo composite membrane completeall as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
