REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE TO WALL PANELLING AND ATT AND CONNECTED WORKS AT TECHNICAL AREA CVRDE AVADI

Dismantling boardings in lining of walls Up to 10 mm thick and partitions, excluding supporting members but including stacking within 50 metres lead.

Supply & fixing 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing as per directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing insulated PVC Wall Lining consisting of PVC Insulated Panels having expanded polystyrene (EPS) stuck to 2mm thick with wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour sheet duly fitted into the wall as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for Post-Constructional anti-termite treatment Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Chemical Emulsion will be measured and paid separately under serial item No.8

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for Post-Constructional anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using chemical emulsion With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Chemical Emulsion will be measured and paid separately under serial item No.8

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for Post-Constructional anti-termite Treatment of existing masonry using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole at 300mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1:2(1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor with chlorpyriphos(excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) 20% with 1% concentration complete all as specified and directed. Note : Chemical Emulsion will be measured and paid separately under serial item No.8

Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for Post-Constructional anti-termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 litres per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Chemical Emulsion will be measured and paid separately under serial item No.8

Supply only chemical emulsion (Chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrate of 20%) in sealed containers including delivery as specified

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 with WPC 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth in fine sand complete all as specified.

Material & labour for rendering 12 mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth in fine sand complete all as specified.

Material & labour for rendering 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on ceiling surface finished with a floating coat of neat cement and thick coat of lime wash on top of ceiling when dry for bearing of RCC slabs and beams complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for finishing the newly plastered wall by applying Two coats 100 % premium acrylic emulsion paint @ 1.67 litre/ 10 Sqm having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489 : 2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot tinted ) with silicon additives over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre / 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for distempering with 1st quality premium acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour with two coats on new work including water thinable priming coat with cement primer complete, as per manufacturer's specification over including 2mm thick internal wall care putty finish .

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar (For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm) including stacking material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Demolishing cement concrete Nominal concrete or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually / by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 metres as per direction of Engr -in- Charge

Material & labour for PCC with 1:2:4 of using 20mm graded aggregate laid as levelling course complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of 600x600 sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc.,complete all as specified and directed.
