Taking down cement plaster on brick/stone or concrete surface including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water to receive plaster, including removing debris/rubbish materials off the site all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layer (10mm & 5 mm) fair faces of brick work or Concrete surface in two coats 10mm thick in CM(1:6) as under coat 5mm thick CM (1:4) as finishing coat in two separate layer mixed with liquid water proofing compound in finishing coat only with liquid waterproofing compound @ 200ml per bag of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L for repairing of R.C.C projections, chajjias, roofs, facia, columns, beams etc., in patches not exceeding 3 Sqm in each patch by necessary preparation, Scrapping, cutting, chiseling Dusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose R.C.C surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and reinforced with welded mesh (If Reqd) with or without facia and finished with 15 mm thick cement and sand mortar (1:4) using coarse sand and thickness of R.C.C member n. exc 75mm including necessary form work at any height including dismantling of damaged concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note : welded mesh will be measured and paid separately.)

S&F Galvanised welded steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed as extra reinforcements to RCC members like ceilings, chajja’s, beams, columns, parapet walls, waste slab etc., including all cutting and waste (wt not exc 4.00 kg/Sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturer instructions including use of scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning of roof surfaces and applying a coat of oil base bituminous primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm including laying of APP based polymeric membrane weighing not less than 3.00 kg/ Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (wt, not less than 150gms/sq. m) laid on primed surface by tension application with 100mm overlap travers and 150mm overlap longitudinal including taking down old treatment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with in liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces , finished even and fair complete all as specified. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour for providing cement concrete 30mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded agg) as in padding on roofs slab to receive water proofing treatment, laid to required slope, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, bed plates, benching and the like finished fair & even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing chemical.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.2kg/sqm on each coat ,Surfaces of any description , exceeding 10cm in width or girth, as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI tubing 15mm bore all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC(SWR) 110mm dia P or S trap including connecting to out let with solvent cement , including lean concrete 1:5:10 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs for PVC nahani trap, plain with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) with solvent cement of dia 75mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Material and labour 25 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregates as in base course for floor tiles , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match set, over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete of item all as directed.

Material and labour for providing water proofing tratment of sunken portion of WC, bathroom etc. applying cement slurry mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compounded coating of make as approval in Technical Instruction 5/2003 adding: (a) 15mm thick rendering CM (1:4) with Liquid water proofing compound 200 ml per 50kg bag of cement on floor and wall , finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry. (b) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ .126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs including dismantling of existing tratment etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separatelly , contractor's quoted rate shall deem to include all other items mentioned above .

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheets as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc fixed with `L' type or `J' type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- The amount against the Schedule of Credit mentioned in the tender document shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
