Modular Work Station (60mm + 5mm thick) size Each seat 1200x600x 1200mm (Top depth 600m) as per following specifications : Partition : There would be partition panels of overall thickness of 60mm +0.5mm of minimum size l200x1200 & 600xl200mm (W xH) each fixed in a cross sectional fashion with the help of a right angle/straight connectors of suitable size as per requirement and drawing. The panel would be made with a combination of Aluminium Sections of overall thickness of 60mm and MDF board sandwich panels of an overall thickness of 57mm +1mm. The lower section of the partition panel with be of height 750mm up to the worktop and it will be covered with PVC Film/Laminate of matching colour on both sides of the panel. The partition portion just above the worktop of height 450mm will be provided with a pin board on one side which is made out of a combination of cloth and soft board. The other side of the partition will have a hard board with a cloth covering of matching colour on it. The partition panel will have a cable raceway management system in the bottom of an overall size of l00mm x 60mm The inner side having a cable management system which provides a usable area of 90mm x 55mm.

The cable management system is provided with a bottom cable raceway cover of l00mm width for easy laying of cables. The cover is having half round push fit arrangement for easy opening and compact fixing of cable raceway. Each aluminium partition section will be duly powder coated with matching colour of minimum 40-60 microns thickness. Worktop: The worktop will be made out of 25mm thick particle board post formed with matching colour laminate with half round post forming on the rear end and 1.5mm thick PVC edge banding on both sides. The worktop will be joined with proper jointers and dowels. Pedestal Unit : The pedestal unit of size 725x375x450mm (H x W x D) made out of 18mm thick pre laminated board, having three number of drawer units the two top units of 150mm depth each and the bottom drawer of 375mm depth used as the file storage unit. The front shuutters matching with top surface in quarter round post forming on the right and left side and 1.5mm thick PVC edge banding of mathcing colour on the remaining sides. The drawers are mounted on steel runner channels including necessary hardware. handle locks etc.

Accessories : Provision with each seat one keyboard tray (Metal) The entire unit is complete in all respects and made as per design and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and arranging Staff Chairs (Medium Back Revolving) or equivalent make as per following specifications : Providing Office Revolving Chair of approved superior quality and make chair with medium back support chair, Chair base made out with heavy duty strong MS leg frame welded assembly shall be made from MS ERW round tube with base plate for seat fixing with powder coated finish. Chair moving at bottom with five nos. of twin castor wheel duly made with nylon plastic with injection molding process. Chair seat and back cover PP finish & PU moulded seat & back cushion duly made with medium density foam of at least 75mm thickness covered with good quality and approved colour fabric tapestry, Chair having two nos. of Strong arm made with PU base and fix at seat & back with the help of screw. Chair having seat adjustment gas lift function, Chair width 75cm, depth 75cm, Height 82-94.5cm, Seat height 46-58.5cm. The entire unit is complete in all respect and made as per design and other accessories approved and as directed by Engineer-in-charge
